Working as a Jester has odd hours and odder customers, but the one thing that every job application for the position promises is *safety.* No executions, no unsavory attention, and certainly no shady dealings—let alone the strange bounty hunter who appears prowling through town, right alongside a mysterious string of disappearances.
For some reason, Rook Hunt, bounty hunter and local menace, has taken an interest in the jester with a sharp tongue and terrible survival instincts. So, here Yuu was, teaching this literal murderer how to dance. After all. How rare is it that someone manages to make the *Jester* laugh?
