Chapter Text
The morning was busy, the palace bustling with life, servants and associates everywhere. A royal's coronation was nothing to take lightly, and the whole Kingdom knew what that entailed
Every servant in the castle was arguing over the most trivial mattetrs and it was starting to drive Seiria insane. She did not care what color Lilly was hung, she much preferred lavender. she did not care how many princes wanted her hand now that she was more important and her time to inherit the crown was just around the corner, she was not interested in romance.
Even her sisters where fighting. Throughout the entire palace one could here two girls in their young teens screaming about who could wear the more extravagant dress, who could have more hair ornaments fit in their hair, even who had the mostrra fair skin. As much as Seiria loved her sisters they were starting to get on her nerves.
At one point they started arguing about what makeup they would wear, and that's when Seiria started to tune them out. She did not understand why they thought that makeup would be important, as no body except family would ever see their faces. She knew that her sisters where aware of the veils they were required to wear. The were quite literally wearing them right now.
It was almost funny watching these disputes. But alas as the eldest sister, Seiria was obligated to stop these bickering storms. She was thinking about some ways to end these disputes when she closed her eyes to visualize when she accidentally drifted off starting to dream about hydrangeas and lavender
waking up to her personal attendant Melody violently shaking her awake was not her ideal way of fun but Melody had her own way of doing things. Melody dressed her in a gown that resembled the sunset outside as she stood on a raised platform off to the side of the room, head drooping slightly as she struggled not to continue on which her dreams. Melody pulled and twisted on her hair to put a number of golden pins in before finally resting her pointed silver crown on her head and clipping her veil in place. Now, she was ready for breakfast. She sent Melody off to go eat as well and then Seiria set off, guard by her side to the grand hall for her meal.
