I am so karking cute!
“Look at him. He’s simply gorgeous!!!”
Yup, the fan club certainly having assembled.
Tech’s very own fan club that is.
Those having totally and utterly fallen for the charms of the technician genius of a trooper, the one of a kind. As Tech certainly was!
Tech though, none too bothered with them. Those screaming fans all around.
As it was, the lot of them seemed to find Tech whenever he was out in public. Whether that be on shore leave, but sometimes even, out in the field - go figure! The time and place really did not matter as these, self proclaimed fanatics always found Tech.
Sometimes they snapped holo-pics of the genius while ever so slightly posing. But rarely daring to get too close. Alas, there were those whom dared to ask for an autograph or even a selfie with the man. And that, was as far as it all went. The fans never daring to go too far, thankfully!
The others of Tech's squad sometimes teased him about this, unusual thing. And so, Tech simply chucked it off as jealousy. After all, he was the most popular of them all. Clearly. And basking in this fame of sorts for a little while never the one to snort… Well Tech really did.not see any harm in it. It was all good publicity for the clones after all.
As even if Tech wasn’t the only one having accumulated a fan base, he certainly was among the top of those troopers having one. And as it turned out, there were quite a few of them with a following rather large!
“Tech, your club… fans are here!”
“I can see that, Wrecker. But thank you for notifying me!”
Tech, the true drama queen he was, simply stepped out from the Marauder All the while sauntering down the ramp just like Crosshair had taught him to do without qualm.
With a small smile on his lips Tech greeted the gathered group, one hand on his hip.
“Well, here we go again!”
Echo and Crosshair simply rolling their eyes at Hunter’s comment. As true, this all was slightly annoying alas it would soon be over. A few snaps, laughs and the fans would be on their merry way.
“Hello troops!”
Tech greeted the fans getting several giggles in response. Charting a wee with them there before posing for the mandatory pics, with a few anecdotes thrown in there later on and they were indeed all too soon, all gone.
“Easy today?”
“Less of a crowd, but acceptable.”
Tech really having taken on the mantle of the model trooper. For the fans but of course.
Several snorts were given in response. His team not as believing and gullible as all that.
The team heading into town, the rest of them hoping no other mobs for this trip even if Tech really loved being the centre of attention, secretly, as he was smiling rather than donning a frown.
Fame might have been fading, but Tech would always remember this time in his life, when he was the one, holding on to the brightest of the crowns.
