Summary
Eddie Diaz has mastered the art of PTA avoidance—attend the bare minimum, buy the overpriced fundraiser swag, and ignore the judgmental side-eyes from helicopter parents. But when Buck, the human golden retriever masquerading as his best friend, accidentally becomes the entire school’s favorite person (and dream date), Eddie’s carefully cultivated indifference crumbles.
Between rocket-building workshops, viral car wash dances, and a very enthusiastic bachelor raffle proposal, Eddie finds himself in a losing battle against the PTA’s collective crush on Buck. The problem?
