Hey Morgan,
There is something about Tinder that always seems to get me in trouble. I mentioned to you back in October how I met a guy on there, and he ended up pressuring me into some stuff. Well, I got Tinder again. I know, you would be shaking your head and asking "why?" But I'm not sure, maybe I was lonely. It gets lonely and boring without you here, without someone to talk to.
Regardless, in October, I had matched with a guy named Jordan, not sure if I told you, and this is important, don't worry. I matched with him, chatted a bit, swapped SnapChats, classic. Over Snap, we discussed my roommates, how he lives alone, how I'm from Texas, whatnot. What's important is that after the fiasco with that one guy, I immediately blocked everyone from Tinder.
This is the part where I'm fucked, not literally, of course, or I would have rung you. This semester, back in January, I started a lab course and you'll never guess the TA.
JORDAN!
I locked eyes with this man and immediately looked at my notebook. Not suspicious, I know, thank you. From what I can tell, he has not mentioned or said anything about us kind of knowing each other, so it is, in fact, nothing. In fact, I think I overheard him the other day mention a girlfriend.
But, this is where me redownloading Tinder is important. I know, I'm jumping around, sorry. You know how bad I am at story telling. I live in a dorm with three other girls, not a big deal. I initially set my Tinder to women and non-binary folks only. This past two weeks, I decided to get a little, adventurous, shall we say, and expanded my Tinder to include men. Not the main point, but regardless. I matched with an RA for my dorm !!! A Resident Assistant, Morgan! Thankfully, not my RA, but still. We have exchanged a couple of basic chats, but fuck, man, it's crazy. Maybe I should get off Tinder.
Yours truly, forever and always,
Spencer
