Izuku Drinks Respect Women Juice

Summary:

For third year, UA decided the dorms would no longer be co-ed. No big deal right? Well small problem. A bunch of idiots accidentally destroyed Izuku's room. Thankfully Vlad King has a very simple albeit somewhat uncomfortable solution. Class 3B has an extra room... In the girls dorm.

Notes:

Does that summary sound familiar? If so, that might be because you read 3PeopleInACoat's magnificent fic, Our New Roommate. I messaged him a few months about doing a platonic version of his story and he gave me his blessing, so I sat on that idea until today, when I finally decided to run with it! Let's have some fun!

Chapter 1: "Are You Serious?"

Chapter Text

Izuku and Aizawa both stared dumbfoundedly at what was supposed to be the young man’s dorm room. Every single part of it had been destroyed completely.

“Of course this fucking happened,” Izuku muttered.

Aizawa whipped his head back at his student. “Midoriya, did you just say what I think you said?”

“Sensei, when in the last 731 days have things ever gone the way they should?”

Aizawa opened his mouth to speak, then closed it. The kid had a valid point. “731?”

“First year was a leap year,” Izuku pointed out.

Aizawa nodded. “All the same, I’m surprised to hear you curse.”

“Mark Twain once said, ‘in certain circumstances, profanity offers a relief denied even to prayer.’”

“I’m less surprised to hear you quote Twain,” Aizawa replied, a small smirk crossing his lips before his eyes returned to the destroyed dorm. “I’m going to talk with Kan-Sensei, I’ll see if he can spare a room for you.”

“No need for that Eraser, one of your other students already came for me,” announced 3B’s own teacher.

“Well, do you think you can help out at all?” Aizawa asked, gesturing to the destroyed room.

“What the hell even happened anyway?”

“Tetsutetsu came over to visit Kirishima, then they decided to spar with Bakugo, and then Bakugo accidentally blew one of them into the dorm and by pure chance they crashed into my room,” Izuku explained, his voice brimming with so much annoyance it almost felt out of character.

“That explains the hole in the wall, but what about the scorch marks?” Kan replied, looking surprised.

“Well Kaminari had also wandered in thinking this was his room by mistake and then when Tetsutetsu got blown into here, he freaked out and lost control of his quirk and zapped the entire room and caused a small electrical fire. Then Tetsutetsu called Bakugo and Kirishima for help, so Bakugo blasted Kirishima into my room so they could stop the fire before it got too crazy.”

Kan blinked. “How did you know-”

“I was talking with Nezu in his office and he showed me the live footage as it was happening.”

“Year Three is off to a brilliant start all around,” Aizawa sighed.

Kan let out a small groan. “Well Aizawa, I’d hate to let a student not have a place to sleep, but Class 3B’s boys dorm is packed.”

“I guess it’s a couch surfer’s life for me then,” Izuku sighed.

“Actually, I might have a solution…” The taller teacher murmured, glancing at Midoriya.

“What might that be sir?”

“So… There was a small architectural mistake when they built the Class 3B girls dorm, they built an extra in the attic.”

Izuku blinked. “So there is space for me somewhere, I’d just be rooming with Kendo and the other girls for a few days?”

“A few weeks judging by this mess,” Aizawa muttered.

“Can we trust you to be on your best behavior, Midoriya?”

“Of course sir! I wouldn’t dream of trying anything funny!” Izuku replied. “I mean not to put too fine a point on it but I already have a girlfriend and I was raised by my mother, I’d rather give up my quirk than do anything to make a woman feel uncomfortable.”

Aizawa raised an eyebrow. He remembered Midoriya’s letters from the year before. He was serious about that.

“Do you not trust him, Eraser?” Kan asked, seeing Aizawa’s expression.

“Far from it. I just know that Midoriya got his quirk much later than most, having one at all means a great to him, so if he says something with that much value to him is less valuable than respecting women, I believe him.”

Kan nodded. “Fair enough. Alright, Midoriya, gather your things.”

“Yes sir!” Izuku replied, running down to the living room to gather his bags.

Aizawa glanced at his colleague once his student was out of earshot. “You’re serious about this, Kan?”

“It’s an imperfect solution, but if he has your vote of confidence, then I think we can let it slide. Why don’t you escort him, I’ve gotta talk to the girls.”

Aizawa nodded and the two men made their way down the stairs.

“MIDORIYA YOU LUCKY BASTARD!” Screamed Mineta.

Izuku glanced at the purple headed dwarf. “Were you eavesdropping?”

“No Jiro and Shoji were and they told everyone else!”

Izuku glanced at the tall mutant and the purple haired punk rocker, the duo crossed their arms behind their back and began whistling innocently.

“Unbelievable,” he muttered.

“They have some pretty girls over there in Class B, should I be worried?” Uraraka teased.

Izuku chuckled. “Ochako, I can promise you, I have only ever had eyes for you since the moment I tripped on that brick outside the entrance exam.”

Ashido giggled. “With how smooth you are, you’ll have eight girlfriends by the end of the year, Midori.”

Izuku shook his head as he tried to fight the grin spreading over his face. “Polyamory is great for other people, but it’s not for me personally.”

“Who said anything about polyamory?” Teased Tsu.

Izuku furrowed his brow. “Tsu, you know I’m not that kind of guy.”

“What if they’re those kinds of girls? Kero.”

“I’m ignoring you.”

“PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE-”

“I’m especially ignoring you, Mineta,” Izuku chuckled, grabbing his bags.

“You’re still going to hang out with us right?” Sero asked.

Izuku looked at Sero surprised. “This is my home class, why wouldn’t I hang out with you guys?”

Sero shrugged. “I’m just saying, if you’re rooming with the Class B girls, you’re probably gonna end up hanging out with them and their boys more often.”

“Well I doubt Monoma will let that happen,” Izuku snorted.

“Eh, don’t worry about him bro! He’s just a lot of talk!” Tetsutetsu reassured.

Izuku shot the tin man a glare.

“Okay, I’ll stop talking now.”

“Don’t worry bro, Midoriya wouldn’t hurt a fly unless it was called All For One!” Kirishima laughed.

Izuku shot the rockhead a glare next.

Kirishima gulped.

“Yeah, if there’s one thing I know about Izuku, it’s that you don’t want to see him when he’s mad,” Bakugo said cautiously, ushering the two bros out of the room. “Sorry about the room, we’ll try to be more careful next time.”

Izuku nodded, his glare softening but not fading.

“Bro, I am so sorry! I didn’t mean to set your room on fire!” Whined Kaminari.

“You made an honest mistake that you couldn’t help, those three decided to act like idiots. You don’t need to apologize,” Izuku reassured.

“Midoriya!” Aizawa called out.

“Yes sir?” The green haired student answered.

“Do you have everything you need?”

“One second sir,” Izuku replied, before giving Ochako a small quick kiss on her lips. “Alright! Now I’m ready.”

“Rizzuku Himdoriya,” chuckled Sero.

“Oh shut up!” Izuku laughed, his face turning red.

“Midoriya?”

“I’m ready sensei, let’s go!”

The seven girls sat on their couch gathered in the living room, everyone exchanging some confused glances as they looked ahead at the two teachers and one fellow student from their sister class.

Izuku let out a deep breath. “Hi.”

“Hey Midoriya! What’s going on?” Kendo replied, looking up at her and the green haired kid’s senseis.

“My dorm room was completely destroyed, we were wondering if I could use your extra room?”

Kendo looked back at the others. Kodai was stone faced as per usual, Tokage had her usual mischievous grin, but Komori, Shiozaki, Yanagi, and Pony all seemed fine with it.

“It’s fine with me as long as it’s fine with them, girls?”

Kodai nodded. “Mm.”

“That’s fine,” Shiozaki answered, her tone giving off a neutral but leaning towards positive feeling.

“More than fine,” Tokage added on, her voice taking a flirtatious tone.

“You’re welcome here Midori, it ain’t mush but it’s home,” Komori replied, a goofy grin coating her face because of her own pun.

“Hell yeah man! Come on in! Mi casa, su casa!” Pony answered, switching to English in her excitement. “Oh wait, I’m sorry! Yes, you can stay here! We’d love to have you.”

“You are completely welcome to stay here, Midoriya. I hope it isn’t too spooky,” Yanagi concluded.

Izuku shrugged. “I’ve been told I’m a little spooky myself,” the green haired hero student noted, conjuring a few tendrils of Black Whip from his hand.

Yanagi gave Izuku a smile. “Your control over your darkness has improved greatly.”

“Mm!” Kodai replied, her eyes betraying just a bit of unease at the visual. Midoriya’s second quirk’s manifestation was a really intense experience.

“I didn’t hurt you back then did I?” Izuku asked, looking a bit concerned as he deactivated his quirk.

“Mm,” Kodai replied, shaking her head no.

“Moving on from that, so we’re all agreed, Midoriya will be allowed to stay here until his room is repaired?” Aizawa asked, placing a steadying hand on his student’s shoulder. The boy tended to get in his own head when he thought someone was upset with him, it was best to anchor him to what was going on right now.

Murmurs of agreement among the seven young women were heard before everyone nodded.

“Midoriya can stay here for as long as he needs to sensei,” Kendo replied, smiling brightly.

Kan cleared his throat. “I expect all of you to be on your best behavior then. You’re all hero students, so please remember not to cross any lines that wouldn’t be very, well, heroic. And when I say all of you, I do mean all of you. I don’t want any of you ladies to do anything to make Midoriya uncomfortable, and Midoriya, I don’t want you to do anything to make any of them uncomfortable. We’re trusting all eight of you here.”

Tokage raised her hand. “Can we do anything to make each other uncomfortable?”

Izuku balled his fist and held it to his mouth. He did not want to laugh at that joke despite how funny it was.

Kan rolled his eyes. “No more or less than usual, Tokage.”

“I wouldn’t lose too much sleep over it, Kan. You heard what he said earlier,” Aizawa reassured.

Kan nodded his head. “That’s true.”

“What did he say earlier?” Kendo asked, looking at Izuku curiously.

“That I would rather lose my quirk than do anything to disrespect or discomfort a woman,” Izuku shrugged.

Tokage nodded her head. She was impressed. “That’s saying a lot given how nifty that quirk is.”

Izuku let out a small chuckle and looked down at his horrifically scarred hand. “Yeah, I guess it is. I’m lucky to still have it.”

“Still have it?” Pony asked, unsure if she understood him right.

“Oh yeah, uh, well you guys remember Shigaraki and All For One could both steal quirks. They both tried to steal Super Power from me, but I managed to keep it in the end.”

Well most of it. He sighed internally. I still miss you guys.

“Well if everything is settled, I’d be glad to show our wayward traveller his new sanctuary,” Shiozaki offered.

“Dinner’s at 8 big boy! Don’t be late!” Komori declared, hopping off the couch.

“Mm!” Kodai nodded, pointing excitedly at her classmate.

“Oh God, yeah! You haven’t lived until you’ve tried Komori’s mushroom soup!” Kendo added.

“It looks like we’re all settled then, you kids all have a nice night,” Kan declared.

“We’ll check in with all of you after our first day of classes, until then, make yourselves comfortable. Midoriya, make our class proud,” Aizawa requested.

“Of course sensei!” Midoriya replied
