In which Gwaine finally realizes that Merlin has never had a day off and hatches a brilliant plan: Step One, get Merlin liquor'd up so he won't protest The Plan; Step Two, fake a kidnapping and a ransom note that will force Arthur and the rest of Camelot's nobles to treat their servants better, and Step Three, return Merlin to Arthur once he's done, with no one the wiser and everyone happier.
Unfortunately, Gwaine's plans have never once worked out the way he thought they would, and things just sort of fall apart from there.

The hero's approval was notoriously hard to win, and Naomasa was one of the very few who had somehow won it. He sighed softly, not missing the way Eraserhead's lip twitched into a smirk at the sound.
