Work Text:
Juniper hasn’t been coming back home lately. The reason was hardly all too serious–he’d been too busy hanging out over Nicolai’s house. It seemed he’d been attached ever since he was 17–even Summer seemed to notice. And if she was being frank, she wouldn’t touch his house with a 10 foot pole.
Wyatt seemed to enjoy the peace and quiet that came from his absence. There was also a strange relief that he was accounted for–mainly because Wyatt could not handle Juniper picking up his damned KP202 again and ringing him so many times he just wants to break his phone open. But even so, he’d just call the house phone. Over, and over, and over again. Juniper liked Nico enough to forget about calling him, though. It was fine.
For a while, it was fine.
And then he came home through the window. In the middle of the night.
Wyatt knew. He heard him.
Very, very loudly. From the kitchen.
“Ruby…Ruby…Ruby ruby ruby….”
…He wouldn’t shut up.
“Ru-u-u-ubyyy-!”
“Ah, damn…I dropped her!”
Wyatt, exasperated, got up out of the bed and walked to the kitchen, just about one second away from losing his damned mind. He glared at Juniper, who was making a mess out of every single powdered condiment in there.
He also had Niko, for some reason.
“Juniper, be quiet.”
Juniper peered over at him and rolled his eyes.
“Okay, fine.”
“And where did you get the baby from????”
“Um, the care home. Genius.”
Wyatt just sighed and went back to his room. He was even more exasperated than when he left it. He looked over at Summer blankly. Angelic-looking, peaceful, and somehow still asleep…
How was she sleeping through all of this???
“Ru-u-u-u-u-uby rai-i-i-in–!!!!”
“Af kærlighed til Gud! Shut up!”
Juno pouted slightly upon hearing him, eventually leaving back out, Niko following him along.
And he…didn’t even bother to clean up all the flour and sugar and seasonings that he so unreasonably spilled all over the floor, and the counter, and somehow on top of the cabinets, however he managed to get anywhere near there….
Wyatt very suddenly felt his headache returning. Again.
Why. Do I even let him. In this house.

Juno arrived at Nico’s house later that morning. And by later, he meant 3:00. 3:00 in the morning. At least that’s what he texted Sola. Sometimes he wonders how his KP202 still has mobile service.
He didn’t speak directly to Nico, because both him and Thea were asleep. He instead snuck in through the window, with Niko on his back, cooing pleasantly. Juno was met with the horrifying sight of Ian sitting in the area he usually sat in.
Juno was…not happy.
“Hey.”
Ian froze for a moment “...How did you get in the house?”
“That doesn’t matter. Get out of my seat.”
Ian stumbled on his words for a moment. “Your-your seat??? When was this one your seat??? I thought Father only let you in here a few times…not every day…!!!”
“No, you just barely come here. Now get out.”
Juno then proceeds to grab a spray bottle, and he sprays Ian with it. Multiple times.
“Ah–!!!”
“Get out of my seat.” He says, repeatedly, spraying him in between his words.
“Ah!!! Stop med at gøre det-!!!!” Ian fell out of the chair eventually, and Juniper almost immediately climbed onto it.
Annoyed, Ian retreated into his room, which somehow stayed the same, only with a few adjustments, because Thea couldn’t bring herself to get rid of her boys’ rooms.
Oh well. At least Niko seemed to be fine.
