   Summary

   Dazai Osamu and Nakahara Chuuya have hated each other since the second grade. Now they’re high school seniors, still locked in the world’s most violent academic rivalry, and somehow paired together for their final Japanese literature project. Between late-night screaming matches, questionable “study sessions,” and more stolen convenience store snacks than legally allowed, their relationship descends into complete chaos.

   But when Dazai disappears after a personal tragedy, Chuuya starts to realize there might be something deeper buried beneath the insults, the screaming, and the thinly veiled death threats. Maybe—just maybe—hating someone for a decade is just love with more profanity.

   And if they happen to hook up a few times before realizing that? Well. That’s none of your business.
