   Summary

   Luffy is reincarnated after becoming the King of the Pirates. He has lived his life, and upon reincarnation, he decides to change some things. However, he has years decade even before he can do that, as he must start from scratch as a new person born at God Valley Sol eats a devil fruit for a second time
