Chapter Text
It was a late Tuesday night and Marcy Wu was out walking her dog.
She felt like someone was behind her and being autistic she didn’t like that feeling so she started walking a bit faster to get away.
This was a normal thing that Marcy had to deal with, a ‘normal’ person would probably be absolutely fine with this but it made Marcy really uncomfortable. As she sped up she began to hear footsteps behind her. They sounded so close. Now she was really starting to freak out.
Suddenly she heard a man scream behind her but it wasn’t the scream of someone attacking, it was the scream of someone being attacked. She turned around to see a man lying on the ground with a huge wolf type creature stood over him.
It bit down on his ribs and tore away the flesh, blood began leaking from his mouth as he screamed out in pain.
Marcy just watched in horror as she saw this man get stripped of his flesh, she was too scared to even move. But she knew that if she didn’t it might go for her next. She started to back away slowly but as she was doing so she accidentally stepped on a stick.
The snap was so loud against the quiet of the night. The wolf turned and looked at her. She wanted to run but she couldn’t move, she was frozen with fear. It slowly approached her.
I can’t believe this is how I’m gonna go.
mauled to death by a wolf.
I should try to run.
Why can’t I?
I’m such a fucking idiot.
I deserve to die.
She started quietly crying to herself. She watched with teary eyes as the wolf walked closer. She closed her eyes as she braced for the attack. But instead of the pain she expected, she felt a soft fur against her hand.
She opened her eyes and saw the wolf nuzzling against her hand. It looked up at her, now looking more like a domestic dog than a wolf, with brown fluffy fur and piercing blue eyes.
She managed to build the confidence to walk away slowly, whilst continually looking behind her. But the wolf stayed where it was just looking at her as she walked away.
