Summary
Lan Wangji loved Wei Wuxian as much as one person is capable of loving another, and then some more.

If there's a thing that can break Lan Wangji, then it is surely named Wei Wixian. After years and years of pining, due to a series of unfortunate events, misunderstandings and unlucky coincidences, in a moment of jealous obsession Lan Wangji breaks, forcing himself on Wei Wuxian, who doesn't realize it's him.
Driven by remorse, Lan Wangji imposes a brutal punishment upon himself, and who else would stay with him after, if not Wei Wuxian?
The whole story is about what happens next - both of them will need to hurt and to heal, to learn to trust and to talk, and to listen to their own hearts in order to find their way back to each other.
