    Jayce always had trouble making friends, social interactions made him anxious as a kid. As he grew older and entered Piltover Academy, it got easier talking to people when he needed to, but getting close to them was still a challenge. It didn't help that a lot of the other students were either too chaotic or too boring to really peak his interest. But Jayce didn't need many friends anyways. He was more focused on getting good grades, working on his personal pet project, and secretly obsessing over the Academy dean's assistant.
