Summary
Jeonghan has always been great at hiding his feelings, especially when it comes to deep, silent pain for his best friend, Seungcheol. However, Hanahakis disease begins to take over his body -- flowers growing in his lungs as a reflection of unrequited love. The only cure for this condition is a confession of love, but Jeonghan fears that this could destroy everything he holds dear: his friendship with Seungcheol. Seungcheol, worried about Jeonghan's behavior, begins to realize that something is very wrong, but he has no idea that he himself is the cause of his friend's suffering. When the truth comes out and Seungcheol discovers that he is the object of Jeonghan's love, he is faced with a difficult choice.
