   Summary

   Cassandra McKay does not believe in bad omens. Doesn’t think that burnt toast theory is a real thing. Isn’t superstitious. So when the mirror in her ensuite breaks as she’s brushing her teeth, she doesn’t think about bad luck, just curses as she thinks about the cost of getting something like that replaced. Moves on to the night shift she picked up. But when an accident hits a little too close to home and Dana doesn't pick up the phone, she spirals.
