Eddie scratches at the table with his nail, his eye caught on a dent in the wood. He’s not avoiding Buck’s gaze, it’s just—he doesn’t get why they’re doing this. Why he’s doing a ‘grief questionnaire’, why Buck is the one quizzing him, and why Buck is acting like it’s completely normal.
