    Regulus Black and Sirius Black born 3 minutes apart are separated at the age of one and not told of one another till they both reach the age of ten.

    Regulus Black grew up in France with his distant Father. Sirius Black grew up in London with his cold abusive Mother, both start writing letters once they find out about each other being coming each others best friends all through out their school years till in their sixth year Beauxbatons and Hogwarts decided to fix their relationship by doing an exchange program which Regulus signs up for meeting his brother and his brothers hot best friend James Potter.
