Summary
Lord Voldermort didn't die in the battle of Hogwarts, making the war last for two more years.
After the war is finally over, Hogwarts opens its doors for an unprecedented eighth-year term. While Harry and Ron dive into Auror training, Hermione, Ginny, and a cohort of probationary Slytherins return to the castle hoping for quiet halls in which to heal.
