Sweet plan

Joey opens the door to his best friend’s apartment. An alluring smell has Joey smelling the air. He loved that Monica prepared food for them all the time. He’d go close to the stove picking up the cover eying the almost done dinner.
“Joey don’t lean to close to the stove.” Monica comes out of the bathroom. A bathroom robe she has on, as Chandler followed behind. “Dude, we were going to invite you for dinner.”
“Mhm you know my nose can’t deceive me” Joey opens the fridge, grabbing for a beer. Opening it, taking a few swigs looking at the couple. “You’re both having sexy time in the bathroom.”
Joey grins, teasing his friends.
“The food should be about ready.” Monica pokes her head. “I’ll get dressed as fast I can.”
Chandler joins Joey on the couch with his bathrobe still on. A word wasn’t said as Joey focuses on a magazine. The magazine being a playboy either he or Ross left behind. A few flips of the pages until an article catches his eyes. “Hey, man, did you know news can be read on here?”
Chandler didn’t care much but took the magazine out of Joey’s hand. He’ll skim on an article that he knew Monica would love or not.
“I wasn’t aware,” he points at the article. “And, it’s circled too.” Chandler rose a brow. Joey looked over it, smiling. “That’ll seem fun to watch.”
“Was this Mon, or Ross?”
“What was what, baby?” Monica comes out of the bedroom. “Oh, my don’t look at that.” She runs taking the magazine away from their grasp. Joey gets off the couch as soon as Monica falls on top of Chandler. He’ll chuckle, folding his arms. “Something caught our eye.”
Chandler gets back on his feet, helping Monica up. The dark haired beauty covers her face. The males weren’t sure why she was embarrassed or upset. Chandler removes her hands away from her face.
“Baby did you circle that?’
A quick nod she gives, looking up at him. He could just chuckle, kissing top of her head. She wasn’t appreciative of the sudden chuckle hitting his arms. She’ll quickly rush to the stove, turning it off.
“Mon, was it going to happen today?” Chandler asks.
“Today’s the last night.” She sighs.
A bit upset she’ll look to them. Joey could smile going up to her. He’d give her a hug kissing her cheeks. “It’ll seem nice to watch.”
“I know,” Monica looked to Chandler. “I wanted it to be a surprise, baby.” Pouty lips she gives him, as Joey watches.
“Dude, she was planning it all along for you.”
How incredible Monica was. His heart melts for every little thing she does for him. Joey stares at the sweet couple, pushing them into each other’s arms. A sudden yelp Monica lets out. Chandler quickly grasps for her as a gasp comes out of him. Joey smiles shuffling his hands on his pocket.
“I’ll leave you two alone.”
Joey says. He walks towards the door until Monica calls him out. “Join us, Joey. We don’t mind you watching it with us tonight.”
Chandler rests his head top of Monica’s agreeing with it. Too much of a shocker for Joey quickly grabbing for a plate. “I guess Jo will join us.”
Monica smiles nodding her head. “He’ll join us along with his appetite.”
Chandler lifts her chin as she gives him a sweet smile. He’ll do the same leaning down capturing her sweet lips.
Joey watches on with a grin the love his two best friends have for each other. “We’ll need to go to the balcony to watch it. Right?”
Monica pulls away shaking her head. “Chandler, you’ll need to change your clothes.”
How right she was, Chandler runs into the bedroom. Joey helps with the plates Monica has set up on the counter onto the table. The friends move quickly as the fireworks were close to starting.
All dressed in his cool pajamas Chandler glides out the room. Monica and Joey already in the balcony. He’ll join them.
“How quickly you changed.” She whispers.
“Baby, you know what’s under here.” He’d whisper. They’ll share a few kisses.
Joey watches on rolling his eyes. “You’ll both need to do that later on.”
“Oh yes. It’ll happen once the fireworks are done.
The start of the fireworks comes out with small noises. And it increases loudly as Monica records and takes a few pictures. The guys doing the same having a great time.
