The sun is gazing trough the windows of Jasp.ers practice room in one of the upper floors of the GMMTV building. The last melodies of their new track are blazing trough the speakers on the wall and you can hear relieved sighing from the four sweating and worn out men as their dance practice finally wraps up. As always they’re accompanied by their partners, except for Santa, because Perth has a solo schedule on this day. Pond makes his way to the bench on the side of the practice room and immediately lies down in Phuwins lap, letting him caress the hair strands that are sticking to his forehead from the exhausting hours of dancing. Joong also takes his last energy to run to Dunk and bury himself in his boyfriends arms. Meanwhile Aou just exchanges a smile with Boom, both slightly smiling at the so familiar sight of the lovebirds their friends are. But deep down they both crave for the same kind of relationship, just not ready to tell their true feelings yet of out a mutual fear of rejection and their friendship being harmed. The other five just know their two idiots in love too much tho, sharing a knowing look and giving Santa a nod to propose the idea, they’ve came up with in secret, to finally get these two to confess. Santa slowly starts talking, having to raise his voice to get Aou and Boom out of the trance they’re in, looking at each other and being lost in the others eyes once again. Finally realizing they’re not alone in the room and that Santa’s speaking, they break their eye contact, quite startled, and pay their attention to the others again. Santa suggests: “Let’s all meet up today and celebrate the ending of our preparations for the promotion of Take It Off. You guys can come to my house and stay over, my parents are out of town, so we have the garden for a little party to ourselves and they don’t mind you guys sleeping over anyway.. Please”, he says, giving the others a pleading look with his big puppy eyes. No one can resist the charm of their youngest anyway, so they give in and agree with the idea. “Okay let’s do this, Pond and I will take care of the drinks and bring them along”, says Phuwin, which gets Pond to look at him with loving eyes and start flirting “oh my thoughtful baby, always seeing what is needed”, he whispers, tapping Phuwins nose with his fingers in a teasing way. Everyone gets fake annoyed at the two lovers and rolls their eyes but with the normal affection within their friend group, being deeply happy that the ever so chaotic Pond found Phuwins organized self to calm him down. And maybe these are the things that makes their friendship special and their memories so magical, playfully teasing each other but loving the others dearly and being thankful for each of their existence. Moving on from Ponds flirty interruption they get on with their plan, JoongDunk proposing to bring the food then. “Well, what should me and Aou bring?”, Boom asks, clearing his throat and trying to be nonchalant, even tho he is easy to blush just mentioning their names together. Yeah these two clearly are so in love, it’s about time they confess. “Just bring fun and your love, it’ll be enough”. Joong smirks, knowing of the way his sentence would affect both his friends, raising his eyebrows. Now Aou and Boom really are a blushing mess with red ears. Aou sighs, trying to collect himself “yeah, we’ll do that I guess” and turns around to cover his eyes in embarrassment from Joongs previous words not leaving his head. The group of friends parts ways, scheduling their meet up at Santa’s for 7pm. Everyone leaves, Joong pulling Dunk disgustingly close by the waist and smooching a kiss to his boyfriends hair and PondPhuwin being clingy, not getting their hands off each other, as always. Santa also gets going to his car, leaving AouBoom behind. “So, wanna stay over at my place until the meeting? I live closer to Santa anyway” is the first thing Aou manages to say, his voice stable now and the embarrassment from before forgotten. Boom agress, “Sure.” He was picked up in the morning by Aou anyway and would’ve had to call an uber otherwise. So the two get going to Aous car and drive the way to his apartment, chatting lightly with the conversation flowing naturally, feeling the pressures from work falling off their shoulders trough the lighthearted talk and the calmness of being together with their favorite person.
