Summary
It is 8 o’clock in the evening. Cloudless. Balmy. The sun sets on the city of Musutafu, a number of historical villain battles in its past and a great many more scheduled for its near future. On this day, 15-year old Izuku Midoriya stands before his idol, training hard, because he, too, can become a hero. But this isn’t about him— at the very same moment, 18-year old Ochaco Uraraka falls, flailing, out of a nap in her childhood bedroom. This is her old shoebox room in her parents’ old shoebox apartment— before UA, before graduation, before moving herself and her family out to their own high-rise penthouse with its high security, marbled floors, and parking garage.
She hits her head on the floor, so the first thing Ochaco thinks is, 'Ouch!'
She remembers the last thing she saw, so the second thing she thinks is, 'Fuck!'

The "wiggle-room" built into the the "Next-Gen Heroes Future Fix-It Initiative" is room for improvisation, which is actually room for failure upon failure upon failure. It is with a good deal of stubbornness and a great deal of luck that Ochaco Uraraka, Izuku Midoriya, and Himiko Toga will save themselves and their friends on a second try that will stick.
