Summary
Two years after re-opening the hotel, things were running smoothly, except for one pesky seasonal issue: rut. Charlie finds herself at her wit’s end dealing with Alastor’s increasingly primal behavior, including scratching up the walls and unnerving guests with his intense stares. When she confronts him, the exchange escalates into a heated argument.
Alastor pissed off but gets a devious idea, he offers her a mysterious vial, promising it will let her experience what demons feel during rut, despite him avoiding the full mess himself.
Frustrated and determined to prove a point, Charlie takes the bait… And the vial. What follows is a chaotic dive into instincts, boundaries, and the hazards of underestimating demon biology.
