By now I'm sure our friends and my lovely wife would have staged an intervention to get you out your flat and back into the world again. I know it probably hit you like a tonne of bricks when I went, please know that I was just as loath to leave you.
I know we promised that neither of us would go where the other couldn't follow, but I hope you'll forgive me this one exception. I never would have left voluntarily, Padfoot. It turns out that wild horses had nothing to do with dragging me away, but Cancer did.All of that to say, I've devised a dastardly scheme to help you get along without me. For a little while I'm going to be sending you some letters with some tasks I want you to complete. Complete them if you don't want drastic measures taken. I am not above haunting you in truly irritating ways if you resist...
