   Summary

   Paytai wants to know more about the prince. Does he like living in an estate like this? Does he think he’ll try for the crown when he’s older? Does his father use his fists, too?

   “My son would be honored to serve Prince Ramil. Isn’t that so, Paytai?”

   Paytai jumps at his father’s words. When had they moved on from war to deals? His father pinches his side and Paytai suppresses a yelp. He says instead, “Yes. I would be honored.”

   With those words, Paytai becomes Prince Ramil’s close attendant, and his father becomes the Minister of Defense.
