"Where am I…"
The voice echoes in the vast black before Reality is seen holding his phylactery.
"Right, I'm in the glass bottle…"
The world glitches around and changes to the inside of a snowy glass ball.
"That guy…"
A white armor set flashes inside the ball. "They were right about him…"
A group of men in robes and armor sets standing in a circle next to the white armor set
"He was insane…"
"-imagine what it does to a god like me!" A different yet familiar voice echoes back.
"He was uncaring…"
The snow landscape in the glass ball changes to a military base holding up the flag of North Korea.
"He was stupid…" He says as the voice echoes back "and now we are both quietly yelling!"
"He was ruthless…"
A white dragon lands on top of some soldiers, instantly crushing them.
"He was not… scary…"
A scene of a bishop in white clothing walking out of an outdoor toilet.
"But he was threatening when he wanted to be…"
The entire scene is replaced by Reality's face, a disgusting smile on his face.
The scene goes black.
"What have I done…"
Multiple copies of Void appear to be fighting each other. One throwing cars, one trying to rust another's armor. One is kicking the ground to create metal spikes.
"What have I left home…"
Echoes of children's laughter calm down the fighting Voids, followed by a mumbling female voice.
"To what end…"
Reality appears as a skeleton inside a rusted armor, impaled from the ground by a giant metal spike.
"For who…"
The men in robes reappear around Reality, staring at him.
The scene goes black. And that feminine voice speaks through the massive void. "Say goodbye to daddy!". Kids follow the command, and three distinct young voices echo different goodbyes.
"What kind of father does not remember the faces of his kids…"
Reality voice answers. "One that's been absent for longer than their ages."
"You don't know that… you are just in my head…"
"I should have stayed home…"
The blackness gives into a suburban neighborhood. It is too clean, too vast, too empty.
"I had a good job…"
A massive building replaces a chunk of the neighborhood.
"Good friends…"
The streets are filled with people. It's the same five people over and over again in various casual positions or walking while chatting.
"A happy family…"
A door of one of the houses opens, revealing the headless bodies of a woman and three children standing in the living room.
"Well at least you remember their bodies!" Reality echoes.
"Get out of my head…"
The scene warps around and goes inside the massive building. It smells of hospitals and perfume.
"My sanctuary… and that smell…"
A spectre of a woman walks across the hallways.
"Ten years working with her, and to think I would keep it in my pants…"
She stops and turns back, her face clear and clean. She smiles sultry.
"No wonder you are a terrible father, you are a terrible husband too!" Reality's voice echoes teasingly.
The girl disappears into a room. The scene warps to enter the room too.
Inside she stands next to a black cutout of a person behind a glass screen. In between them is a keyboard with incoherent symbols.
"I used her…"
She puts a hand on the cutout's shoulder.
"Gave her what she asked for, and she helped make me the armor…"
She gets closer, and with both arms, she massages the cutout's shoulders.
"And what help was she! You still failed!" Reality's teasing voice returns.
The scene goes black.
"They stole me out of my life…"
Void stands in front of the men in robes.
"They made me a soldier…"
Another copy of him leaps forward and lands on a man that just appeared.
"A monster…"
The copy stands off the man and touches the wall of a building that appears in front of him. The entire building cracks, rusts and collapses on itself.
"A cheater…"
The previous woman approaches the copy seductively.
"A tool…" he says before Reality continues for him. "A FAILURE!"
The copy is then attacked by flares of light from the sky.
After the white fire covered the darkness, it dissipated leaving way for the black scene again.
"I have made some bad decisions before… minor ones… I burnt dad's grill one time…"
A black grill on fire appears.
"I… stole chemicals from high school and almost died…"
Two kids around the age of 15 appear playing with three bottles and some tubes.
"I… failed my ethics exam back in college…"
A tired looking professor appears to be sitting next to the playing kids.
"But I have never…"
The grill disappears.
"Never…"
The kids disappear.
"Never…"
The teacher and her chair disappear.
"Killed someone…"
The black scene morphs to a desert. Void , armorless, stands next to a man laying on the ground. His fist bloodied and the man's head is bloodier.
"He was no one… just some guy they wanted me to kill to break the ice…"
The scene plays backwards as Void returns to squatting on top of the man and punching him repeatedly on the face.
"They didn't just want someone that can use their information…"
The men in robes appear around the scene of Void slowly punching the man in backwards motion.
"They wanted someone that wouldn't mind killing thousands… God only knows how many people I was prepared to kill…"
A slow hymn dissolves the scene as a church appears in the vast desert.
"God… I was never… much of a man of faith." The church's doors open, showing a family of four silently praying.
"Mom and dad were… but they wanted me to be more… up with the times…"
A kid next to the parents disappears.
"Maybe if I stayed next to them on these seats, I wouldn't be in a glass ball right now…"
The sound of cracking glass echoes and the church shatters like a broken window.
"A glass ball… what utter nonsense…"
A giant glass ball appears.
"I am sorry Liz, I was a terrible husband…" the voice cracks as if crying.
A Woman appears, her face clear and smiling.
"I am sorry Carl, Lloyd and Rin… I was a terrible father…"
Three kids appear in front of the woman, they smile as well.
"If I was given the chance to break free…"
The glass cracks.
"I… I… I just want to go home…" he erupts into cries as the glass ball cracks.
Void opens his eyes, he is in the ocean, drowning. He swims up, barely aware of which way is up.
Disoriented, he sees the sunlight as water begins to enter his nose and mouth.
He emerges, heavily panting and looking around him. Dry land, a beach, is not more than 200 meters away from him.
Slowing down his breath, Void rests back on his back and leaves himself to the water current.
"Reality died… I am free… man it feels good to have a body again…"
