“Kinnnn let's goo! Why are always so slowww getting off the bike?”
“And why do you always drive like the hounds of hell are after us?!”
Porsche and Kinn were the first ones to arrive at the house after wrapping up a firearms negotiation with the Bratva .
With an arm wrapped around Porsche’s waist and Porsche’s arm slung around Kinn’s shoulders they made their way inside still bickering. They changed into more casual clothes stashed in the room’s upstairs for family nights like these and headed back downstairs to the yard to wait for the other members of their family to join them.
Porchay and Macau showed up a little while after those two post writing their finals for the semester, exhausted and so ready to unwind with a promised family night. “Bro, I am so ready to relax, drink some beer pigging out with hia’s amazing grilled wings and beat your ass at Mario cart” Macau was teasing Chay making their inside to drop off their stuff upstairs before coming down to join Porsche and Kinn.
Arm, Khun, and Pol having entered through the door alongside the nongs were carrying all the ingredients needed for grilling, since they were coming from the mansion directly. Vegas and Pete were already upstairs catching a shower and changing after the interrogation mission they came straight from. Porsche taking one looking at them, saying something about using a raincoat and to throw the clothes in the washer and shooing them off.
So far we have Porsche and Chay setting up the drinks table, Kinn and Arm messing with the music system with Khun supervising , but of course, because who here has better taste than Khun. Freshly washed up Vegas and Pete in Hawaiian printed style shirts and shorts setting up the grill and fire pit getting it ready to start grilling the loads of food Khun brought.
“Chay, what’s the ETA on Kim? How long till he gets here?” Khun calls over to Chay from where he’s perched watching Arm at work.
“P’, I got a text a little while ago saying he’s just about ready to wrap up recording ….” It’s as Chay is saying this that he feels a light sniff kiss laid on his cheek and hears a “hmm hey baby, I’m here” with noisy kisses littered in between each of the words and a pair of warm arms wrapped around his waist, slightly swaying them side to side.
This causes Chay to let out a series a giggles ringing with happiness caused by his boyfriend’s playfulness. Chay has missed hanging out with P’Kim the last couple of days. They have both been super busy the last couple of days, P’Kim with the tweaking of the demo’s he was working on and Chay with his finals. They’ve been together, but not like this. Chay has missed the stress free affection and nature of hanging out together and just spending time together with nothing fighting for their attention.
“Oi, all the love only for your boyfriend and none for your Phi??” Khun throws over at Kim. Kim pulls his face away from the comfy resting place in his angel’s cheeks to look over at his Phi and throw back a “hmmph. Phi. Tired. Recharging.” Causing everyone around to let out a mix of groans and giggles.
After a couple minutes of recharging as Kim would like to call it. Kim announces “I’m going to go shower and change. I’m overheating in these Wik clothes. Why leather in Thailand I will never know…”
“Need us to send nong with you? You know, to make sure the heat doesn’t get to you?” Vegas teasingly throws over at Kim causing the idol to grin and start to retort back, no doubt something equally as naughty, before Chay lightly slaps a hand over Kim face and shoves him towards the door leading to the house. “Go go, shower and change P’Kim. And leave Hia Vegas alone.”
Kim lets out a sigh at the shooing his boyfriend is doing but weak to the ministrations all the same.So in retaliation Kim dodges of of the flailing arms and lays another quick sneaky sniff kiss on the side of Chay’s head and rushes inside to freshen up. That’s when Porsche and Vegas make their way over to where Chay is now leaning.
Chay is quietly humming a tune under his breath when Porsche says “So how’s it going with Kim?”
“Did you finally get that I love you?” Vegas questions
Chay mid hmm stops and say looks at both his hia’s before giving them an eye roll and saying “How do you think it’s going? I swear I love P’Kim but he is the most frustrating man ever”
“Oh I really doubt that he’s the worst” Porsche mumbles at the same time Vegas says “I bet Kinn has him beat” causing Porsche to hmm in agreement then playfully reach over Chay to swat at Vegas when he hears him laugh.
“No but really! Every time I try to talk about feelings or say something about how much I love him all he does is stare at me with his huge gorgeous bunny eyes and starts singing me a song! “Adila kiya akiya shurapoeh” and like doesn’t even tell me what it means””
To say Chay is confused and frustrated would definitely be putting it lightly. He can feel the love and the gentle nature in the way his P’Kim is singing the words or sounds or whatever they are but what do they mean?? But why won’t P’Kim just come right out and just say I love you? And of course as soon as his P’Kim pulls out his singing voice with the dreamy Wik eyes Chay forgets what the problem was!!! Chay says as much only to be interrupted with a “Did you google it? Like google the lyrics of the song?” Asks Vegas.
Chay starts to sassily say “OF course I googl…” trailing off when he realizes that he indeed hasn't googled the song yet.
When Porsche hears this he lets out a laugh saying “Aren’t you the music couple? The artist’s couple? You didn’t think to google it?”
“Ugh I'll do it now!” Chay says and pulls out his phone to start googling the lyrics to the song that his phi has been apprently assuming is an appropriate response these days.
No but really what is this magical song that his idol boyfriend thinks is a good enough answer to every time Chay wants to talk about feelings?!?
“Aw nong don’t feel bad, when I said “I love you” to your Hia Vegas, he responded saying that I’m his newest hedgehog that he was gifted. And this time he wasn’t going to let anything happen to me,” Pete who was listening in on to the conversation adds, to make his nong feel better.
“Hia!! you said what?!” Macau says as the same time as Porsche laughing “you didn’t?!”
Surprisingly it's Kinn that says “Vegas, who knew you could be so romantic” while Chay still has his face buried in his phone trying to type out the weird sounds.
Khun who is listening to all of this interrupts with a “of course all the smart members of this family use code to tell their crushes how they feel. It’s the only appropriate way taught by me of course!!! Of course all of the crushes aren’t catching on…”
Arm hearing this looks up from the speakers that he’s working on and says “..Khun did you say something?”
“Nothing!!” Khun says to Arm while stomping away to go get himself a beer. What Khun failed to see was the tiny little smile Arm was trying to so hard to swallow away under the pretense of working on the speakers.
Suddenly Chay finds the lyrics and loudly exclaims “I TAKE IT BACK MY P’KIM IS THE MOST ROMANTIC BOYFRIEND EVER” causing Kim who has been leaning over on the door frame for a while now to say laugh and say “well took you long enough sunshine” while singing the rest of the song in the most love struck expression you can imagine. Eyes holding enough love to convey all the feelings that Chay has thought his P’ was avoiding.
