    James can’t pinpoint how he’d gotten himself into this situation again. He’s in the same place he was three years ago, and six years before that, and two years before that. He didn’t hold that last time in contempt, he was sixteen and in love; he was stupid and naive, and he’d kill to go back to that time.

    Slowly approaching thirty and spending a decade and a half in and out of love with the same man was not how he’d pictured his life, but here he is staring at a concert ticket purchased for said man. He’s not even sure if Regulus will even be around by November, he never can know for sure.
