Cassandra:
Note: I don't know much of the official cannon for her as they haven't made a DC Animated Movie for her yet so my knowledge is mostly what's common in the fandom.
1: Since she was made and raised to be a living weapon, and Lady Shiva wouldn't have wanted to deal with pregnancy, Cassandra was grown in an artificial womb.
2: Due to being one of the world's top assassins/mercenaries Shiva would have had interactions with the supernatural. Knowing that a highly skilled human can still beat even full vampires, she decided to make Cass a Dhampir, Half-Vampire hybrid, due to having increased physical abilities, healing/regeneration capabilities, and enhanced senses while being less affected by the major weaknesses.
3: In direct sunlight Cass is more likely to be badly sunburned, handled by wearing specially made sunblock. Garlic affects similarly to milk to someone with really bad lactose intolerance, really bad indigestion and other such issues. She does enjoy the taste of foods with it in it and treat them as a once in a while treat due to the effects. Brief silver contact causes irritation, prolonged contact creates a very bad rash, and injuries cause by silver heal at a normal human rate unless she consumes a large amount of fresh blood.
4: The only weakness she experiences fully is holy words or iconography when wielded by someone with true faith.
5: The batfam know this and help her as they can. She dislikes feeding of criminals and Alfred will make her special drinks to help with her thirst.
6: She can speak a little, but prefers sign language.
7: Due to exposure to Lazarus Pits, Cass is liminal.
Danny:
1: The finale didn't happen. While it is a common fandom take, I am using it more in the sense that a giant meteorite headed to Earth would've caused more of a fuss especially with several heroes who would've intervened.
2: A different scheme by Vlad led to Danny revealing himself to his parents, who easily accepted him and have changed their focus on ghost hunting to a more understanding and assistance focus. Think Steve Irwin but ghosts.
3: Vlad hasn't been revealed yet so Jack still likes him.
4: The Guys in White are more of a menace due to the rest of their organization being alerted due to Vlad's scheme. They have almost declared martial law on Amity Park but Vlad as mayor is doing everything he can to prevent it and slow them down.
5: Most of Amity Park are liminals due to the high level of ectoplasm in the city. They all have accepted this and places like Nasty Burger include small amounts of ectoplasm in their sauce/food/drinks to help them stay healthy.
6: Due to his more shady dealings Vlad is aware of the anti-meta sentiments and attempts to traffic metas. He arranged for everyone in town to be tested so that those with the meta-gene can be protected.
7: When exploring the Ghost Zone Danny found a door to the Rock of Eternity and befriended Billy/Captain Marvel/Shazam.
8: Sam has gotten some plant powers from a second fight with Undergrowth.
9: Danny is currently the Crown Prince of the Ghost Realm until he fully dies,
10: The Fentons still make weapons to capture ghosts to deal with the more dangerous ones and for defense.
11: Jazz is working on getting a psychology/psychiatry degree at Gotham University. Maddie and Jack are excited for a third Dr. Fenton.
12: Vlad is 1/16 or so vampire, which gives him no powers or weaknesses, does let him sense when someone is marked/claimed by a stronger vampire.
World:
1: Anti-ecto acts aren't in effect yet but are being discussed. GiW dealing with Amity Park is a test for implementing them.
2: They are also a soft test for some anti-meta laws as it's easier to paint ghosts as evil and needing containment and/or elimination.
3: The Justice League are unaware of the GiW and the anti-ecto acts.
