   Summary

Dr. Julian Bashir is haunted by a brutal past: a gang rape he suffered as a Starfleet Academy cadet thirteen years ago. Now, one of his attackers, Davis Vallen, has arrived on Deep Space Nine as a civilian contractor. As Julian's composure crumbles under the strain, Vallen's presence becomes a constant torment, forcing Julian to face the inevitable confrontation with the man he can never forget.
