“Sunsun.” Sunghoon said, while making his way over to Sunoo, who was currently chatting with Jake. Luckily enough, Sunoo's and Jake's conversation was ending, so he wasn't interrupting.
Sunoo lightly hummed the closer Sunghoon got. “What's up?” He asked the moment Sunghoon was close enough to be in better talking range compared to a couple seconds ago.
“I was thinking,” Sunghoon started, and soon noticed Jake walking away once the conversation started, causing a confused look to be placed onto his face.
“One, thinking about what. Two, we're not questioning why Jake randomly walked off are we?” Sunoo asked. “Probably not.. Anyways!” Sunghoon started. Sunoo ended up side-eyeing him, but also Jake for just randomly up and leaving.
“Ok, side-eye all you want, sunshine.” Sunghoon said with a light chuckle, and Sunoo just rolled his eyes in return. “So, again, I was thinking, what if we went out for ice cream?” Sunghoon asked, and started looking at either the trees or sky, just to avoid looking at him.
Sunoo lightly hummed. “I mean, sounds like fun, no? Plus, Summer is coming up, it could be nice.” Sunoo said, before laughing, noticing the other avoiding looking at him. “Not even going to look at me now? How rude.” Sunoo teased, finding it funny how Sunghoon’s ears turned a bright red at being called out.
Sunghoon lightly coughed in response. “Uhm.. should we get going?” Sunghoon asked, finally deciding to look at the other. “Yeah, we should, so lead the way.” Sunoo said, waiting for the other to make a move. Sunghoon just lightly chuckled, before turning in the direction he came from and started walking.
Sunoo followed close behind, before soon making it right next to the other. “It's shockingly peaceful.” Sunoo commented, noticing that not much was happening around them. “Hmm.. Yeah so it seems, but it's nice.” Sunghoon said, as they continued their walk to the ice cream shop.
“Fair enough.” Sunoo said, as they continued on, and slowly got closer to the ice cream shop. “So, you have to favorite flavors, have you thought of which you'd get?” Sunghoon asked, once they got to the door. “I'm probably going to go with mint chocolate.” Sunoo said, eyes going wide the moment Sunghoon opened the door and allowed him to go in first.
“Someone is acting like a gentleman.” Sunoo said, making his way inside. “I was raised right, thank you.” Sunghoon argued, as he followed the younger inside. Sunoo rolled his eyes at the older, and made his way to the counter with Sunghoon right behind him.
“Hello, how may I help you today?” The worker behind the counter asked, with a soft smile. “Can we get a coffee ice cream and mint chocolate, please?” Sunghoon asked politely, as if he didn't raise his voice a slight bit seconds ago. “Of course, that'll be $28.18.” The worker said.
“Cone or cup?” She asked, while talking Sunghoon's card to get ready to swipe it. “Cup for both would be fine.” Sunoo said, as the lady nodded and swiped Sunghoon's card, taking money off it for the purchase. After she handed it back to him, she went and grabbed two cups and placed the ice cream into the two separate containers.
Once done, she handed them to the boys and waved at them, as they said their thanks and made their way to the door. “Come again!” She said, as Sunghoon once again opened the door, letting Sunoo walk through first, before also exiting and shutting the door.
“This was such a good idea.” Sunoo said, before stealing a bit of Sunghoon's ice cream, and gaining a wide-eyed shocked expression from the older. “You have your own Sunoo!” Sunghoon whined, while becoming protective of his ice cream, erupting a laugh out of Sunoo.
