Summary
Rhodesia, 1978. The height of the Bush War. Kazuhira Miller and the Knights of Rhodesia are fighting a losing battle on two fronts in their efforts to maintain control over territory disputed by both Rhodesian military forces and ZANLA fighters. With new intelligence that XOF is now beginning operations in the area, Kazuhira Miller formulates a plan to use the KOR as the instrument for his revenge. He weaves an elaborate lie, one that ensnares not only the mercenaries he knows as brothers, but also the young sub-commander Emmaline Ross, whom he can no longer deny his feelings for. The mysterious Ocelot, claiming to be a friend of Snake's, approaches him with a spot as commander of a new private military force that he has been building up for the past three years, insisting that abandoning his failing efforts in Rhodesia is the only way to fulfill Big Boss' plans. Miller must make the difficult choice between his duty to Big Boss, his plan to wipe out XOF, and his dedication to the life he has established in Big Boss’ absence.
