Summary
Tim Drake wasn't always a Drake, and he wasn't always a Gothamite. Instead, Tim was born into a world far worse than what even Gotham has to offer, and that world isn't through with him just yet. He may have escaped Rapture's claws once, but the city never truly lets one of its own go.

Tim was one of the rare instances of a Little Brother surviving the Little Sisters program. He was rescued, adopted by the Drakes, and set to live as normal a life as a Gotham Vigilante could. But after years of silence from the underwater city, things better left buried are suddenly showing up in Gotham.
