When Jimin was ten he fell in love for the first time. The little girl he fell in love wasn’t pretty or thin but she was sweet and he loved how soft she was. He fell out of love with her when she got thinner and meaner to fit in.
The second time he fell in love was when he was twelve. It was with a boy this time and his name was Jeon Jungkook. Jungkook was a weird guy, quiet to a fault, and impressively handsome for his age. Jimin found that endearing though and kept chasing the shy boy until he turned fifteen and had to move..
The third time Jimin fell in love, Jungkook was eighteen and he was twenty. They had run into each other again and Jungkook had filled out nicely. Shaped thighs and a sculpted build that was cause of many wet dreams for the people that met him. Jimin was also quite a sight. He was well toned from dancing and had a sweet face that betrayed the sight of his body.
Jungkook was no longer shy and in fact initiated a date that very day. Jimin was all for it and left with him to one of their first of many dates.
The fourth time he fell in love was with the puppy they found in an alley that he begged Jungkook to keep for days. Jungkook had complained that it would poop in their bed or their bathroom but he eventually fell for both Jimin’s puppy eyes and the puppy itself.
Jimin’s first heartbreak was the day he and Jungkook had to be separated due to career choices. He had cried and watched his love leave him for a bigger city.
Jimin fell in love for a fifth time, with his job. He was able to dance all the time and enjoyed the strain of exercise.
The sixth time Jimin fell in love, Jungkook had returned and was more than ready to give it his all to make him and Jimin work. Jimin was okay with that, he was more than okay with that. They moved again, this time together to be closer to Jungkook’s company while Jimin immediately found another dance studio to work in.
It wasn’t always a perfect set up and they’d have their off days but they were fine. Jimin was to a point in his life where everything was perfect and Jungkook only needed a sweet little “I do” for everything to be ideal in his life. When Jimin did say I do, in front of their family and close friends he felt something shift and suddenly the world was his and Jimin’s and nothing could get in the way.
The seventh time Jimin fell in love was with their adopted daughter. Jungkook called these people his life and Jimin called these people his eternity.
Their second heartbreak together was the day their little girl got dumped and all Jungkook wanted to do was fight the boy that made her cry. They didn’t do anything but they did have a family outing and suddenly their girl was back and brighter than ever.
The best moment of Jimin and Jungkook’s life was when they found out that their daughter was getting married and then finding out she was pregnant. They loved their grandchild.
The worst moment in Jungkook’s life was when he found out that Jimin had a heart disease and his days were numbered.
Scratch that, the worst day in Jungkook’s life was when Jimin died and he was forced to remember their life together. Then his daughter asked him questions and tried to prompt him to find someone else after five years. Jungkook couldn’t and would not. He had a reason.
“Jungkookie!” Jimin was sweet, pretty and he was delicate when Jungkook met him. In his eyes Jungkook could see the stars and in his smile he felt the warmth of the sun. He also put up with Jungkook and did his best to make him happy. It was slow but in the end he was confident in Jimin and what they were.
The first and only time Jungkook fell in love, was with a pretty boy named Jimin that had somehow managed to trap the warmth of the sun into his smile and had eyes with the grandeur of the night sky.
