    Eddie ran his hands through Buck's hair, twisting his curls through his fingers as he stifled a yawn, the urge to fall back asleep fighting his want to simply lie and exist with the man he loved.

    And he truly was in love. He had been, for so long, and he hadn't truly realized the magnitude of it until he was contemplating something that he had sworn off forever.

    He loved Buck so wholly, so viciously, so aggressively, yet so gently and naturally it was the same as breathing, just another fact about himself.
