“I thought you never wanted to see me again.” She said, voice low. Her traitorous eyes falling to his lips.
“And I thought I told you to stay away from Death Eaters.”
She fixed her gaze back up at him. Beneath the arrogance she could see fear in his eyes and it caused her to narrow her own. “You know something, don’t you.”
He didn’t answer, just gripped her harder. She closed the remaining space between them. “There’s something more going on here. I know there is. And don’t you dare—for a moment—think that I will walk away from a story this big just because we have a history. You either help me Malfoy, or stay the hell out of my way.”
