Tw: Bad English and grammar mistakes.
Bebe just broke up with Clyde.
A day After the chat gpt drama, she was smart enough to know Clyde wasn’t the one for her after that.
How can you trust someone after they reply your messages with Ai for a month? And they are more thoughtful than your actual interactions? No way.
Clyde sat under the school stairs saddened. It was almost Valentines day, how could she do that?
He dint knew If he was sad about The break up, or about not having anyone to give em chocolates and hang out proudly on valentine's day. But he dint even realized that was selfish.
The signal ringed, lunch Is over, and he had to get back to class. After spending lunch alone instead of with his friends like usual.
He sat on his chair for class, still saddened. His valentine's day was over for him. Even if it will just happen a week later.
Clyde sat close to the wall on the back of the class. Scott sat in behind of him. He noticed Clyde wasn't okay, and, wanted to talk to him.
He tried to touch his shoulder to get his attention but right at the moment Clyde got up to tell the news about Bebe to his friends.
Scott felt invisible, was his presence so transparent? He watched Clyde say the news to his friends and they just telling him it was coming for him. Bebe was smart.
Scott looked away to distract himself from that and doodled while the whole class was loud and the teacher tried to explain the subject. Not even Scott could play attention now.
Scott got home and fell on his bed. Wondering if someday he would be able to talk to Clyde.
The next day, Clyde was still upset about the break up. And today his group just leaved him alone. The freckled boy looked and the jock alone, and walked to him carefully.
"Hey Clythe... Are u okayw..?"
Clyde looked at him almost cringing, he couldn't believe he would lean on the excluded boy for support. He couldn't lower himself on that level. He had too much ego for this even on that state.
On the back of his mind thought, he wanted to vent.
"Im okay Scott. I don't need your help."
Scott thought of something to say while he crouched down at Clyde, but looking at his cringed expression made him dissmiss it. He looked away with his heart pounding as he got back up.
"Alrwighyt.., I-_... I'mn sorry"
As Scott walked away awkwardly, with his heart pounding, Clyde thought a little more about it. Something he dint did often, but he felt guilty, Scott just wanted to help.
He dissmissed it. He dint needed his mercy. For God's sake, venting with Scott malkinson??? Where was his mind-?
As the week went on, Clyde wondered why Scott was so worried about him. He even questioned why he couldn't forget such a small interaction. With the one person with lisp and diabetes, ew.
While Scott, actually liked Clyde. Quite a lot. Even if he dint told anyone, he don't wanted to do something about it himself.
His crush was the ladies man, that sucked, and he dint wanted to elaborate it more not even only with thoughts.
Scott school days passed floating for a whole week, he could only remember the letters he wrote for Clyde, that were on a box in the deeps of his closet.
He wasn't sure if he would remember even those letters if he dint saw them everyday.
Clyde, on the other way, passed the whole week trying to get a new girlfriend.
He flirted with not 1,2, or even three, but FIVE GIRLS (per day) the whole week. He dated two of them, for a day before they changed their mind.
Valentine's day was on Tuesday, and now was Monday. Clyde was worked up the whole day. Somehow he hitted on 3 girls in one class by Post-it notes. (Rejected by them all)
While this all happened Scott just kept watching, wishing that Clyde would send him a note someday.
While he just daydreamed looking at Clyde. Cartman attention got caught. This was too romantic for him to not notice. Cartman talked with himse- erm.... Cupid ye and thought of a plan to get the pair together.
A little bit before P.E class started, while Clyde was looking for the basketball ball, Cartman Convinced Butters to tell Scott he needed leave the sports uniform that got left over there on the locker.
---
Scott silently opened the door. And looked for the locker. He noticed the lights were already turned on, and found it strange.
He put the uniforms over a bench, and dint even noticed that on next room was his crush.
Scott walked to the door again and turned all the lights off, including the room Clyde was in before opening the door.
But, it dint opened. It was locked from the outside. Scott panicked, and heard Cartman giggles while he walked away.
And could even hear he talking to himself on a mischievous voice.
"The two love birds will get out of there pratically married 🤭🤭"
Scott realized it was all a part of Cartmans plan, just like he did with Nichole and Tolkien. But who he shipped Scott with? He could never guess what was going on in Cartmans insane mind.
He was just sure, that Cartman would Not Stop until him and whoever who is with him on here are dating.
While Scott was thinking of the situation, Clyde thought that the energy just fell off. Confused, and whiout a single font of light, he wandered around looking for something to light the way.
Right after Scott Could not hear Cartman no more, he heard Clyde ask for help on the other room.
He frooze. Cartman just got bullseye on guessing who he liked.
He tried reconsidering his options while he heard Clyde get more and more scared. Thinking logically to protect himself of what could happen if he did what he wanted.
On one hand, he could pretend he wasn't there, or that he fainted or something. He considered how logically that would be the best option, since he wouldn't have to worry about Clydes reaction or be blamed.
But, his thoughts were interrupted when Clyde was getting too scared. He couldn't think anymore, his heart felt heavy, Clyde was actually crying for help.
He knew Clyde sometimes was kind of a crybaby, but this time if felt different he called his friends names wondering if they would notice he was gone. Even if that jock was an asshole sometimes, Scott still cared about him.
Scott felt too guilty to just let Clyde cry like that until someone would come help. He took a deep breath and screamed at Clyde:
"Clyde?? A-are you okay?"
Clyde sniffled, surprised —
Scott had been there all along? Damn...
"Clydthe?? A-are you okayw?"
"Scott, light something!!"
He shouthed trying to not be so pussy, his voice still shaking. But when he heard scott trying to open the door handle (to light aleast with the hall light) he panicked even more. And let go of his pride.
"NNO! SCOTT WAIT PLEASEDONTLEAVE
MEALONEINHERE! IM SORRY!!!!-.."
Scott breath hitched. He wasn't planning on leaving. His heart pounded and his hands trembled. But he said a little it more cold than he expected.
"I-...I won'th Clyde."
Clyde got quiet after that. The silence he silenced said a little too much for a silence.
Scott could almost hear his breath.
He cautiously tried to find Clyde in the dark. While wandering, he found him when he touched his arm.
"Clyde? Is it you??"
"Dude stop saying my name so much, its-...
It's weird dude."
Scott felt Clyde's presence lean closer to him. Even if he talked calm and nonchalant here, his voice was almost not trembling.
It was a bit funny how Clyde's mood swinged depending on if he could be proud full.
Clyde was used to being prideful to hide how much he needed someone that cared for him. Since he dint felt like anyone did, he overanalized people too much.
Scott waited a little bit to say "Sorryw...."
Clyde looked at him, and, even whiout actually seeing Scott, he felt safe. Almost no one could see Scott's presence most of the time. Why would Clyde do? He was so popular.
But he wondered, did he needed to see and hear almost nothing to feel it? Scott thought of the same. But, he was silently so realized to finally atleast someone, could notice him.
Clyde, whiout a single thought before acting, like he aways do, wrapped his arms around Scott. And even before feeling if Scott accepted it he almost pulled away with anxiety.
Scott looked at him surprised, but reciprocated the hug and leaned his head on Clydes shoulder. They both stood like that for some minutes.
Scott was unbothered by the dark. But cared if Clyde was.
After some minutes of silence, Clyde tried to talk. Still holding Scott but a little more away than before.
"So, ......Scott...... uhm...."
Clyde for the first time thought before doing something. And it wasn't even proper thinking.
"Ya like jazz?"
Clyde joked imitating Barry Benson and Started Laughing.
While Scott just "No???"
"I dint knew you liked jazz."
"Well I don't"
"Then why you'd ..?????"
Clyde laughed even more. And Scott smiled, happy to expend time with him.
When Clyde stopped laughing, They just enjoyed each other presence for a little more time.
And Scott, when he was about to take Clydes hand, The door that was locked from the outside opened.
They were in the room besides that one. But the sudden light was so bright it made Scott freeze.
"Bebe don't run in the dark; It's Baahd. Mkay?"
All they could hear was her running looking for Clyde. Did she cared about him at all? Of course not! She just noticed he was missing when she was gossiping about the breakup.
When she found the boys together Clyde pulled away from him quickly and Scott was bright red blushing paralyzed. It was just too sudden for him.
Bebe looked at them shocked.
"What the hell are you doing Clyde???"
"Like,,, I just left you, and you already try something like this?? Locking yourself in here?"
"And what the hell is Scott fucking malkinson doing here beside you, in the dark???"
Kenny puts his hand on bebes Shoulder and says casually the most pornographic, perverted, and unholy thing that could've been ever spoke in such a short sentence.
Thank God that was muffled.
Bebe looked at the ground around them just to make sure it wasn't it before humming upset and leaving.
After processing what just happened, Scott got up and offered his hand to Clyde. He took it gently and smiled genuinely happy at him.
Cartman in the distance, took a photo of the pair and giggled. Poorly pasting it on a scrapbook full of other couples he got together. He doodled some romantic words besides them. And closed the book dramatically.
