Summary
She was the blossom that peeled her own petals back to expose his beating heart. And since his love resided in her, it only made sense he'd want to nurture and protect her, to pour cool droplets over her sun-warmed skin until she sparkled—casting kaleidoscopic ribbons of rainbow light all around them. Sing to her lullabies as she danced and bobbed in the breeze, her billowing chocolate tresses smelling just as sweet as she looked.
That's all Lee wants to do, to be the man she could depend on, that when the perils of the world knocked upon her door, she'd raced to find solace within his embrace.
Yet, every sign he encountered flashed it's unheeded warning - flowers only bloom in the spring.
(Premises: Lee falls in love with Neji while he's dressed like a girl. Neji tries to hide the truth about his secret identity, while Lee passionately falls head-over-heels for "girl" Neji. Eventually the truth comes to light.)
