   Summary

   A disease has spread around their hometown, but one takes the fall and the other misses him till he's old and grey

   Cardio-Atrophic Necrosis:where the heart muscle progressively deteriorates. It starts subtly, maybe with slight fatigue, but over time, the heart weakens, leading to severe symptoms like shortness of breath, chest pain, and eventually heart failure. Medically, it's characterized by the accelerated death of cardiomyocytes (heart muscle cells) and the replacement of healthy tissue with scar tissue, severely impacting the heart's ability to pump blood effectively. Pretty intense, right? Good.
