   Summary

   Sanguinius survives the Horus Heresy much to his shame. The Emperor was slain by the Warmaster and the Imperium of Man is in pieces as the surviving Loyalist Primarchs still fight on from strongholds scattered about. Sanguinius has been reduced to little more than a war prize Horus has kept close. However, when his attention is needed against the remaining fragments of his brothers he is forced to put Sanguinius in another's custody lest he give Sanguinius even a moment to consider escape or the others to consider a rescue.

   And who is more perfect than Fulgrim for the task? (At least in his own mind lol)
