“Jackie, cut it out, you’re acting like a child.” Shauna’s voice was stern, her frustration growing increasingly evident. “But Shaunaaa, I miss you”, Jackie whines, wide eyed. They hold eye contact for a short while, as quiet engulfs the room. No more annoying commentary, no more soft humming from the static of the TV speakers. Silence.
