   “So, Illi…is it true?” She was mildly confused by the question. Lots of rumors went around about her and yet no one bothered to question them.

   “Is what true?”, she barely looked up, all defenses on high. “Is it true you can see dead people?!”, he whisper-shouted. She whipped her head around fully intended to glare at him, demand where he heard such a thing. Big mistake. The dead student stood next to Frank and pointed to the beaker full of chemicals, “Don’t let him drink that…” She averted her eyes and shuddered. He looked horrific.

   Illi is a medium. She sees dead people and has been since she was three. What she doesn’t know is she’s one of few people who act as a bridge between the spirit and human world. When new threats lurk to collapse the connection can her and her friends band together to banish it?
