Chapter Text

“As you may be aware, Adrien’s mother ‘disappeared’ about a year before Gabriel began his reign as Hawk Moth and motivated Master Fu to give out the Miraculous of the Ladybug and the Black Cat to Marinette and Adrien.”

“But what if Gabriel didn’t wait a year…?”

Gabriel wiped away some tears.

He had only recently put his wife in her pod, and Nathalie had suggested taking some time to grieve before he began this undertaking. He had almost considered it, but decided that he couldn’t wait.

He got out his Miraculous.

“Master, master!” Wayzz calls out to Master Fu.

Hawk Moth soon found a target.

“The humiliation of being pranked by the one you had a crush on. Perfect bait for my Akuma.”

He used his power on a butterfly.

“Go and darken her heart!”

Socqueline watched her friend sadly.

“I will never, ever fall in love again!” Marinette cried.

“It wasn't your fault, Marinette.”

“Yes, it was! You were right! I should've known, been more prepared... I should've had a plan! I should've been careful!”

She wiped her tears as her face shifted to anger.

“I'll never tell another boy that I love him before I know everything about him! Whether he's kind or not, thoughtful, what he does outside of school and with who, I'll know everything, his birthday, all his first names, his schedule, his favourite things! And above all, I'll make sure that he is NOT friends with Chloé!”

She hugged Socqueline and started crying again.

Socqueline noticed a black butterfly flying towards them, but didn’t think anything of it until it entered Marinette’s swimming goggles, and a purple mask appeared over Marinette’s face.

“Marinette? What’s happening? Marinette!”

“Crush Breaker, my name is Hawk Moth, and I can give you the power to take your revenge on those who have wronged you.”

“Okay, Hawk Moth.”

Socqueline backed away in fear as Marinette transformed.

Marinette now had blue skin, a black costume with a domino mask, and a red crossed-out heart on her chest.

“Don’t worry, my friend, you have nothing to fear from me, Kim, Chloé and Sabrina on the other hand…”

She jumped over to Kim.

“Marinette?”

“Not anymore.”

She grabbed him and jumped to the diving board.

“What–”

She dropped him, and he hit the water.

This hurts, this really hurts! Kim thought.

“Marinette, what are you doing?!” Socqueline cried.

“I’m not Marinette anymore, I’m Crush Breaker.”

She smashed through the wall.

Chapter Text

“Let’s back up a bit.”

Bunnyx rewound to earlier in the day.

Félix and his parents had been in Paris since Aunt Emilie’s passing to mourn. He was currently taking a walk; he didn’t really need one, but he would take any excuse to escape his father for a few minutes.

He wouldn’t have to put up with him for much longer anyway.

Since Colt had used the Peacock Miraculous not long after Aunt Emilie, so it stood to reason Colt’s time was almost up.

Good riddance.

“Help… please.”

He turned to see that an old man had fallen and was reaching for his walking stick. A man who was near him ignored him and walked off.

Félix scowled in disgust, and his mother wondered why he didn’t like people.

He walked over and helped the old man up.

“Thank you, young man. I will be ok from here.”

“If you’re sure.”

When Félix left, he didn’t notice the old man walking away with his walking stick on his shoulder.

Master Fu was searching for another possible candidate when he noticed a commotion.

“From this day on, your life will be an endless torment, Dupain-Cheng!”

He saw two girls, one blonde and one ginger.

Even if you spent your whole life locked in your room, you'd still be the star of Shame TV on social media every day!” The blonde said.

But before she could do so, a third girl who seemed older kicked the phone out of the blonde's hand and crushed it with her foot.

She scowled at the other two girls, who were clearly intimidated.

From what Fu could gather, the girl who destroyed the phone was protecting someone else from online humiliation.

No test needed. He had found the new Ladybug holder.

“She’s going to pay for this!” The blonde declared when the older girl had left.

She and the other girl began to walk away.

SMASH!

“CHLOÉ!”

The two girls turned around in shock.

“Marinette?!” The ginger girl asked.

“I’m not Marinette anymore, I’m Crush Breaker.”

She smashed the ground, sending a shock wave that knocked everyone over.

Crush Breaker stood over Chloé and Sabrina.

“Please, we’re Sorry we tricked your crush into humiliating you!” Sabrina pleaded.

“I fell off a diving board! I could have died!!!”

“Marinette, stop!”

Socqueline put herself between the Akuma and her targets.

“Marinette, this isn’t like you, you're possessed or something.”

Crush Breaker hesitated.

“Get lost, Wang!” Chloé said, “I don’t need help from a phone breaker like you!”

“Chloé,” Sabrina said warningly.

“I'm the mayor’s daughter. If I want to post a video, nobody stops me!”

“Post a video?” Crush Breaker said in a low, dangerous voice, “Not only did you get my crush to play a prank on me when I was asking him out and cause me to fall off the diving board and into the pool onto my back, you were planning on posting it online?”

“Yes, and?”

Crush Breaker gently pushed Socqueline aside and grabbed Chloé.

“Hey!”

Crush Breaker jumped away with the bully over her shoulder.

“Chloé!” Sabrina cried out.

Socqueline didn’t know what to do; she’ll never catch up to Marinette if that’s how fast she is now.

Perhaps she could talk to the police; she had witnessed Marinette’s transformation first-hand.

She went to retrieve her bag from where she had left it, but found a strange box inside.

“What’s this?”

She opened it, and a bright red light appeared.

“Hi, I’m Tikki.”

Félix scowled at the little nuisance that was making a mess.

“So, I have a partner?”

“Yeah, the holder of the Ladybug Miraculous, and if you ever want to get that ring off your hand, you need a kiss from her.”

“What?!”

Plagg laughed, “I can’t believe you fell for that!”

Félix grumbled but was interrupted by the news alerting people to a supervillain attack.

“I suppose that’s our cue,” Félix said, “How does this work?”

“You say Plagg, claws out to transform and Cataclysm to activate my power.”

“Anything else I should know?”

“You’re underage, so you will only be able to use your power once before you activate a five-minute timer that will transform you back.”

“...that seems like the first thing you should have told me, what if I had transformed before you told me that?”

Plagg paused, “I hadn’t thought of that.”

Chapter Text

Chloé screamed as Crush Breaker held her over the edge of the Eiffel Tower.

“Not so fun when it’s your life someone is playing with, is it?”

“I demand my daughter's safe return!” André said into a megaphone.

“Daddy!!”

“You’re the last person I want to talk to!” Crush Breaker shouted back, “You spoiled your daughter rotten until she became a self-absorbed brat who made my life a living hell for fun!”

André squirmed as the crowd glared at him.

“Then maybe you’ll talk to me.”

Crush Breaker turned her head to see a girl dressed in red with black spots.

“Who are you?”

“I don’t really have a name yet, but I’m here to help.”

“That is the holder of the Ladybug Miraculous.” Hawk Moth’s voice said, “She is here to protect the girl who torments you.”

“Listen to me,” The Ladybug pleaded, “Whatever whoever gave you your power is saying he doesn’t have your best interests at heart.”

“And you do? I don’t know you.”

“I know that if you hurt Chloé, her father will do everything in his power to punish you, guilty or not.”

“I…” Crush Breaker said.

“That’s right!” Chloé said with glee, “You can’t do anything to stop me from ruining your life… or that of your friends.”

Crush Breaker slowly turned her head towards her hostage.

Shut up, Chloé, Socqueline thinks.

“I was planning on getting Socqueline expelled for breaking my phone, but now I’ll think of ways to mess with her life even after she goes to another school.

Crush Breaker was seeing red.

“And maybe those other girls who dared to speak to you, while I’m at it.”

“Rraaaaahhhh!”

She threw Chloé as hard as she could.

“No!” Socqueline jumped after her, even though she knew she would never catch up to her in time.

“Help!” Chloé said as she flew through the air, “I promise I'll be nice to everyone, say please and thank you all-- AH!”

She was caught by someone dressed like a cat.

“I didn't promise.”

The figure scowled and dropped her to the floor.

“Ow!”

He jumped to a nearby rooftop.

“You must be my partner,” The Ladybug hero said, landing beside him.

“You may call me Black Cat.”

“Black Cat? Why the English name?”

“Because I’m from England.”

“That would make sense.”

“What do I call you?”

“Hmm, what about Lady Beetle?”

“Not the French Coccinelle?”

“Meh, seems too obvious.”

Bunnyx snorts, “Well, you didn’t have Alya ambush you before you had time to think of a better one.”

Crush Breaker landed on the rooftop.

“Why did you do that? She’ll make everyone’s life a nightmare.”

“Because she’s not worth becoming a murderer.”

Debatable, Black Cat thought.

The purple mask appeared again.

“Fine, you want the Miraculous? You can have them.”

She threw a punch at them that Black Cat blocked.

He flew through the air into a wall.

Crush Breaker tried to hit Lady Beetle, only for her to easily dodge her thanks to her gymnastics.

“Stay still!”

Lady Beetle knew she couldn’t do this forever; she needed a chance to use her power.

“Mind if I cut in?”

Black Cat grabbed Crush Breaker and threw her over his shoulder.

There was her chance.

“Lucky Charm!”

She got a pair of red and black-spotted handcuffs.

She looked at her partner, the rooftop, Crush Breaker and the handcuffs.

“Cat, send her down!”

Black Cat understood.

“Cataclysm!”

He used his power on the roof, sending Crush Breaker falling to the room below.

“Ohhhhhh,” Crush Breaker moaned as Lady Beetle jumped down and handcuffed her arms behind her back.

“It’s time to end this,” she reached for the swimming goggles.

Suddenly, Crush Breaker vomited a bunch of butterflies out of her mouth.

“What the?!”

The butterflies formed a face.

“People of Paris, listen carefully. I am Hawk Moth.”

“Hawk Moth?” Lady Beetle said.

Black Cat clenched his fist.

“Miraculous holders, give me the ladybug earrings and the cat ring now. You've done enough damage to these innocent people!”

“...are you serious?” Lady Beetle said.

“What?” Hawk Moth said.

“You take advantage of an innocent girl on the worst day of her life, and you have the nerve to make it out like we’re the bad guys? Say that again to my face.”

Hawk Moth was silent.

“Oh, but of course, you can’t. Because you’re hiding away like a coward.”

“You–”

“Hiyahhh!” She swung her yo-yo at the butterflies until there was nothing left.

She held up the goggles in her hand, crushed them and captured the last butterfly.

“Miraculous Lady Beetle!”

The crowd were stunned by the spectacle.

“What? Where am I? Who are you?” Marinette asked.

“It’s a long story,” Lady Beetle told her.

Lady Beetle carried Marinette down.

“Marinette!” Two voices called out.

“Mom, Dad!”

Marinette embraced her parents.

“You!” Chloé’s voice screeched.

Lady Beetle and Black Cat sighed.

“She attacked me! Arrest her!”

“She was brainwashed by a supervillain,” Lady Beetle explained, “she was not in control of her actions, she doesn’t even remember what happened.”

“Well I’ll never forget it! I’m so traumatised!”

Lady Bettle growled, “First Hawk Moth, now you. Don’t turn this around, you were the one who was traumatising her!”

“I have no idea what you’re talking about.”

“Oh really?” Black Cat said, “Then how do you explain this?”

He showed Chloé a video on his staff of when Crush Breaker first confronted Chloé when she was admitting she was planning to upload a video of humiliating Marinette.

“Huh?”

He switched to a second video of Chloé threatening to make Marinette’s friends' lives miserable.

“This was the first supervillain in Paris in years,” Black Cat pointed out, “Did you really think no one was recording?”

Everyone glared at Chloé.

Socqueline arrived home.

She prepared herself. Her mother tried to contact her when the supervillain attacked, and of course, she couldn’t answer while fighting the supervillain.

“Socqueline Bridgette Wang! Where have you been?”

Chapter Text

The next day at school, Marinette was surrounded by other students.

“So you really don’t remember anything?” Mylène asked.

“No, nothing.”

“You were on the warpath,” Juleka said, “It was awesome.”

Rose elbowed her with a look of disapproval.

Kim approached the group.

“You have some nerve,” Socqueline said.

Kim sighed, “Look, I came to say… I’m sorry. Falling like that made me realise that joke wasn’t as funny as I thought. Plus, my dads gave me a big lecture when they found out.”

Marinette was silent for a moment.

“I don’t know if I’m ready to forgive you, maybe someday, but not today.”

Kim rubbed the back of his head. “That’s fair.”

“Hey, is it just me, or is it quieter than normal?” Rose said.

“Now that you mention it, where’s Chloé?” Socqueline asked.

“Her father has decided that it would be in everyone's best interests that she stay away for a while,” A voice said.

They turned to see Mme. Bustier.

“Marinette, Socqueline, the police want to talk to you.”

“I already talked to them about… yesterday,” Marinette said.

“This isn’t just about that, it’s about what led up to it.”

“You mean Chloé?” Socqueline asked.

Mme. Bustier nodded sadly, “Her actions have gained a lot of attention from the nation and beyond.”

Too much for her father to get her out of trouble, the students all thought.

“So much so that an investigation is being conducted into her, a lot is coming out… apparently she has had Sabrina doing her homework all these years.”

Did you really not know that? They all wondered.

“Will this affect the prom?” Socqueline asked.

Mme. Bustier smiled, “No, I don’t believe so, things will have been settled by then.”

They would later learn that Sabrina had also been interrogated and that her father had forbidden her from being friends with Chloé anymore.

“Time passes.”

“So you know Martial arts?” Lady Beetle asked Black Cat.

Black Cat smiled, “So you noticed that? Yeah, I’m a triple kung fu medalist, you?”

“I practice taekwondo and I’m a gymnastics champion.”

“Huh,” Black Cat said, “I wonder if that’s why we were chosen.”

Lady Beetle frowned, “Maybe it was a factor, but I don’t think so. Anyone with a Miraculous would be able to put up more than a decent fight, no matter their skills.”

“I guess,” Black Cat conceded.

It was at that moment that he realised that Lady Beetle had become a friend. One that his father didn’t know about and thus could never take away.

How about that.

The Mime held up an invisible hammer.

Lady Beetle screamed and ducked out of the way as the hammer smashed a wall.

Lady Beetle ran out of the cloud of dust.

Black Cat arrived shortly after.

“Of course, a mime. How quaint.”

It was night, and Mr. Pigeon was standing on some pigeons as a platform.

Mr. Pigeon’s eyes bugged out, and he flapped his arms before putting one arm on his forehead as if he were trying to see far away.

“Is Hawk Moth serious?” Lady Beetle asked. As they watched their foe approach.

“It could be worse,” Black Cat said, “He could have Akumatized a baby or something.”

Lady Beetle snorted, “I doubt even Hawk Moth would be stupid enough to do that.”

Gigantitan picked up a car.

Black Cat raised an eyebrow.

“I may have overestimated our enemy,” Lady Beetle admitted.

Félix was watching the news.

“The scandal of Mayor Bourgeois’s daughter’s behaviour and his abuse of authority on her behalf led to his impeachment. Who will replace him is not yet certain, but Armand D'Argencourt has already put his name forward as a candidate.”

“Why do you watch that boring stuff?” Plagg asked.

“It’s important to keep informed.”

“It would be better if they talked about camembert.”

Félix snorted in amusement, “When would that ever be important enough to appear on the news?”

Plagg gasped, “How dare you! Nothing is more important than camembert.”

Félix chuckled, despite himself; the little nuisance had grown on him.

Which just made the guilt of not telling him the truth worse.

He heard a familiar pair of footsteps.

Dread overcame him.

The door opened, and Colt Fathom stormed in.

“What are you up to, you little monster?”

Félix flinched at the familiar insult, “I beg your pardon?”

“You have been sweet-talking your mother into staying in this city for weeks. You're up to something.”

A sinister look came over him, “But I have a way of making you talk.”

He rubbed his ring. “Get over here.”

Félix did so. He had no choice.

He always knew this would happen, that Colt would use that damn ring again. There was no way Plagg wouldn’t figure out what was happening. What he was. And that he has a very good idea who Hawk Moth is.

But this was the worst-case scenario. If Colt made him tell him he was Black Cat, there was no telling what he would do, would he take the Miraculous for himself? Tell Uncle Gabriel?

He stood in front of his father.

“Now, tell me–”

He suddenly cried out in pain, “What in tarnation?! Something bit me!”

A black shape grabbed the ring while he was distracted.

“What?! Where is–”

He narrowed his eyes at Félix, “You!”

He grabbed Félix by the collar. “Where is it?!”

“I don’t have it!” He said truthfully.

“A likely story.”

“Colt! What on earth are you doing?!”

Amélie stood in the doorway.

“Dear, I was just–”

“Hands off my son!”

Colt let him go and stepped back.

Amélie rushed over, and once Félix assured him he was okay, she dragged Colt out of the room.

The sound of her shouting could be heard throughout the house.

But Félix couldn’t enjoy Colt finally getting caught, not when he was in the same position.

Plagg put the ring on a table. “Félix. We need to talk.”

Chapter Text

Félix told him everything. That his aunt and father had used the Peacock Miraculous to have children, that the Peacock was broken, and that his uncle had the Butterfly Miraculous.

“You knew.” Plagg said, “All this time, you knew where my missing friends were and said nothing. Why?”

Félix looked away.

“At first, it was because I didn’t know if I could trust you, but then it was because I didn’t want you to… hate me.”

Plagg didn’t say anything for a long time.

“You know we can’t keep quiet about this.”

Félix looked at him, “You’re going to tell Lady Beetle?”

Plagg shook his head, “No, I’m going to take you to the Guardian of the Miraculous.”

“Who?”

The next day, Félix sat in front of a familiar old man.

“You’re the one I helped up that day. I’m guessing that’s not a coincidence.”

Master Fu nodded, “A test, to see if you’re worthy.”

“And yet you didn’t check to see if I actually lived in Paris.”

Master Fu cleared his throat. “I was in a hurry.”

“Well, fortunately, with my mother catching my father manhandling me, she’s going to want to keep me far away from him, so I think I can convince her to move us here permanently. Problem solved.”

The Guardian grunted in agreement, “You know what must happen now. We must retrieve the Miraculous from your uncle.”

Félix looked nervous.

“You seem afraid of that outcome.”

“I was always planning to take the peacock to secure the safety of myself and my cousin.”

“Ah, I understand, but you said so yourself, the Peacock is damaged, and I’m the only one with the knowledge to fix it.”

Félix still looked uncertain.

Fu knew he needed to earn Félix’s trust.

“You are no doubt wondering how the Butterfly and Peacock Miraculous were lost in the first place…”

And so Master Fu told his story, how he was sent against his will to be a Guardian, being starved for twenty-four hours as a lesson in ‘discipline’, and the mistake that had resulted in the destruction of the order.

When Félix had first learned of the Guardian, his first thought was that he was another tyrant like his father, controlling who had powers and who didn’t. But as he heard Fu’s story, he realised he was more like him than Colt, another victim.

“Ok, I’ll hand over the Peacock to you along with the Butterfly, but that is not the only thing we need to retrieve.”

“The rings containing you’re cousin’s Amok,” Fu said.

Félix nodded.

“You are right, of course, but we can’t do this alone.”

“Lady Beetle,” Félix stated.

“Yes, and it would be difficult to involve her without telling her everything.”

Deep down, Félix knew this was coming.

“I understand.”

As if the weather was trying to fit his mood, it was snowing.

Lady Beetle landed on the rooftop. “You wanted to see me?”

Black Cat nodded, “I have a confession to make…”

Lady Beelte was silent.

He had told her the whole story without revealing his name or any of his family’s. Did she hate him? Did she see him as a… as a monster?

She leapt forward and hugged him.

Félix felt tears in his eyes.

“You’re not mad or… freaked out?”

“Oh, I’m furious. And maybe a little weirded out, but you’re human, no matter how you were born.”

Félix almost broke down then and there; it was what he most needed to hear.

“Claws in.”

He held out his hand, “My name is Félix Fathom.”

Lady Beelte stared at it, “Spots off.”

She took his hand, “Socqueline Wang. You know, you look a lot like Adrien Agreste.”

He gave her an unimpressed look.

“Oh… he’s you’re cousin. Which would mean your uncle Hawk Moth is Gabriel Agreste… you know, I can see that.”

“Yeah, your reputation doesn’t do you any favours, Gabriel. Even Lila knows how to at least pretend to be nice.”

Chapter Text

Félix walked into the Agreste Mansion.

“Hey Félix,” Adrien said with a sad smile.

Already, Adrien was showing signs that he was moving on from his mother’s death. The same, however, could not be said for Gabriel.

“Is this really the time for social niceties?” A asked with a stern voice.

Amélie gave him a strange look. “Yes, this is exactly the time for family to come together.”

“And yet I don’t see your husband.”

“He’s not going to be my husband for much longer,” She said with a cold look.

That threw Gabriel off; this was Félix’s chance.

He held out his hand.

“This is a hard time for all of us. Can we at least be civil?”

Gabriel reluctantly shook his hand.

Félix managed to pickpocket the ring without Gabriel noticing. He would have taken the Butterfly Miraculous too, but being a brooch, it was almost certainly under Gabriel’s ascot tie; no way could he take that without everyone noticing. In fact, it wouldn’t be long before he noticed the ring was missing, which is why they had to move fast.

Lady Beetle entered Gabriel’s office.

It was her job to search the safe Félix told her about with a piece of equipment that Félix had loaned her.

She put the high-tech monocle on.

She signed, “I look ridiculous, don’t I?”

“Yep.”

Nonetheless, the monocle allowed her to unlock the safe with ease.

She found the broken Peacock Miraculous and a book filled with pictures of Miraculous holders, but no sign of the other ring.

She sent a text to Félix.

Félix read the text and frowned.

Where could the other ring be?

“Where is my ring?!” Gabriel shouted.

Out of time, Félix thought.

“You mean my family’s ring?” Amélie asked.

“Is that why you’re really here? Because if so, you can leave after you’re son has returned the ring to me.”

Guess we’re going with plan B.

As if they had timed it, it was that moment Lady Beetle kicked the door open.

“What is the meaning of this?!”

Lady Beetle held up a hand, “Save it, we already found the Peacock Miraculous and the book… Hawk Moth.

Amélie gasped while Adrien looked shocked.

“Father?” He asked in a small voice.

He scowled, left with no choice, “Nooroo, dark wings rise!”

He sent an Akuma at the disbelieving Adrien.

Lady Beetle caught it with her yo-yo.

“You… you just tried to Akumatize me.”

Adrien ran.

“Son, wait!”

He didn’t stop.

Hawk Moth growled in rage, “You’ll pay for this!”

“You’re blaming her?!” Amélie said in disbelief before dragging Félix away.

Once they were away from the building, Félix said, “Mum, there’s something I need to do.”

“What–”

“Plagg, claws out!”

Amélie was too surprised to stop Black Cat from returning to the mansion.

Hawk Moth managed to fight his way back into the office.

Why does he want to get in here? Lady Beele wondered. He knows we have the Peacock and the book.

He knocked her away and pressed some spots on the mural of his wife, activating a secret elevator.

Lady Beetle ran toward the spot and tried to figure out where he had pressed.

“I have a better idea,” Black Cat said, “Cataclysm!”

He pressed his hand against the floor where the elevator had appeared. It crumbled, revealing a deep hole.

They jumped down.

Hawk Moth made it to Emile and took her ring.

Two gasps told him that his guests had arrived.

“I’m doing this for her, for my family.”

“You just betrayed your family!” Black Cat exclaimed and ran forward, swinging his staff.

He knocked the ring out of Hawk Moth’s hand.

“No!”

The ring landed in the water.

“Do you realise what you have done?”

“Saved your son from you controlling him?” Lady Beetle asked, “Yes.”

Hawk Moth was stunned. They knew everything, how?

They closed in on him.

But before they could capture him, a portal appeared under Emilie’s pod, sending it through.

“Until next time, Lady Beetle, Black Cat.”

Before they could stop him, he jumped through, and it closed.

“Thank you, Nathalie.”

“Of course, sir,” Exit Strategy answered.

He had managed to send an Akuma in Nathalie’s direction while he was in the elevator.

They had lost the battle, but the war was far from over.

After retrieving the ring, Félix returned home.

“How’s Adrien?” He asked his mother.

“Not well, he’ll be staying with us until further notice.”

They were silent for a while.

“So,” Amélie said, “You’re Black Cat?”

Félix nodded.

“Well, that explains why you're so eager to stay in Paris.”

A sly look came over her face, “So, you and Lady Beetle…?”

“Mother!” He spluttered as Amélie laughed.

Months had passed, and it was finally ready.

It had taken all of Gabriel’s skill to convince his allies that he hadn’t done anything to compromise his identity and let him keep the Butterfly Miraculous.

“I’ve been meaning to ask,” Nathaie said, “But a blimp?”

Indeed, they were in a secret hangar with a giant blimp with a butterfly symbol on the side.

“This is no ordinary blimp; it has state-of-the-art stealth capabilities and all the luxuries you could ever want. The original plan was for this to be our base, but it was decided it was simpler to operate out of the mansion. Fortunately, we kept it as a backup plan.”

The two of them looked at their new home, where they would continue their war against Lady Beetle and Black Cat and claim their Miraculous.

“Why does this all seem familiar? Like it’s an important part of our history of something?”

Bunnyx shrugged, “It’s probably just my imagination.”

She began watching a promotional video of a cartoon show on her umbrella.
