Summary
They say, when the body is in fight-or-flight, it’ll push down anything that isn’t directly related to survival. Problems don't go away, just suppressed, as long as needed to make it out alive. And then it comes back full force and without warning when fight-or-flight ends — when the body knows it’s safe again.
That’s probably why it all comes crashing down so fast.
