Summary
Ashlynn Ripley believed there were two types of people in this world: Those who were born to live, and those who were born to die. She never noticed in her small town of Ironwood Pennsylvania she'd ever get to know the so-called "king of the hill" Christian Maddox more importantly fall for him. As she spends time with him she realizes there's more to him that meets the eye and some things are better left buried or unsaid. But, for the first time in all her life she's not invisible like she is in her own family. However, falling for someone who wasn't destined for a happy ending that was her first mistake. The summer before her senior year was one the town wouldn't forget for years to come.
