Summary
Bucky has just arrived at the Stark Tower and things aren't going too great. Everything is too loud, too bright, too many things. He doesn't know he's allowed to talk without orders, or rather, doesn't trust that he isn't. No one is ordering him around though.
Things are a lot different than the 1940s, and Bucky has to learn it all while dealing with his anxiety, his feelings that he was taught are too big, the feelings he was taught were wrong, the nightmares, the constant need to watch his back, etc. He isn't expecting to call this place home, or event get comfortable here, but then he makes friends and things don't seem as loud, as bright, or as much anymore.
