   “Jason, my man, I know you’re scared for him, but this is Percy Jackson we’re talking about,” Leo snorts. He claps Jason on the shoulder, his palm hot through the sleeve of his t-shirt. “I get the feeling the guy who killed Kronos can probably handle a little harpy infestation.”

   “Percy didn’t kill Kronos,” is all Jason can think to say. His mouth and his brain are full of the last IM Percy sent, how deep the bags under his eyes were, how pale he looked.
