Ellana was desperate to avoid debuting for the season, and so has come up with the idea of deceiving her mother — claiming she had met the love of her life at Skyhold during one of her visits to her aunt. This man has ruined her but has unfortunately been called to serve under His Majesty. She began writing letters in pretense.
