Summary
Kim sits alone in her cold, lifeless hotel room, wondering if she will ever see the villainess again.
Over the years, the redheaded hero had come to appreciate her fiery encounters with her green-skinned nemesis. Even after Miss Go faded into the depths of Shego’s identity, Kim’s perspective of the villainess remained forever changed—then, well… then Eric happened, and the fragile respect they’d fostered for one another turned to ash. The tower came crashing down, and Shego vanished in the wake of her injuries, only to reappear in humanity’s final hour, a superheated beacon dragging Kim back from the everlasting abyss.
Hurt and confused, the heroine had so much she wanted to say at the time—so much she needed to get off her chest—but Shego never gave her the opportunity, slipping back into the shadows just as quickly as she had emerged. Now, three years later, Kim finds herself lost without her archrival, her one true equal, cast adrift in a world that grows darker by the day.
