Killer, 053, is a 28 year old man, fresh out of an 11 year sentencing for the murder of a small family. False, of course, but the nickname Killer stuck. And he wasn't able to get a job for nothing due to the false charges.
So he when he got the deal to play some games for cash? He took it.
Rain, 299, was a 15 year old boy who recently got diagnosed with a brand new terminal illness, with no recorded cure yet. He knows when he dies his siblings will need to go on without the little bit of money he, as the eldest, was able to make before it all.
He took the deal in hopes of getting some money for them after he's dead.
Or- Killer and Rain are two people from different places in life, one falsely accused of crimes, and one soon to die from his illness. They meet, and protect each other, and one dies unable to do anything about it.
Or Or- I played Ink Game on Roblox and had a story worthy game while AO3 was down! (I was Rain, so much of Killer's things are possibly wrong!!)
