"Where to next, Captain?" Rose smirked, holding herself steady as the TARDIS shook as it traveled to an unknown destination.
"Have you ever wondered what happens to galaxies?"
The woman wore a confused look, not getting why this is being brought up.
He continued as he pressed buttons on the console, "take, yours, the Milky Way, fun name by the way. What happens after you lot leave?"
She blinked, waiting for him to continue.
"Well, it continues obviously, and it continues to move," he glided over to the woman, "until it collides!" He gently bumped himself into her, looping his arm around her shoulder so she didn't fall, making her giggle.
"So, miss Tyler, what happens then?"
"Uh, they get all mixed together like a smoothie?"
"Aha!" He exclaimed excitedly, leaving the blonde for the console, "exactly! A big ol galaxy smoothie with all the fixins'!"
She playfully rolled her eyes, "okay Doctor, where are you gettin' at?"
"Would you fancy a peak?"
"Huh?"
He quickly ushered her to his side, she followed and he point to the screen in front of them. It showed what she presumed was the Milky Way and another galaxy object slowly approaching it.
"As you can see, that's you lot and this beauty is the Andromeda galaxy, oh such a fun place, we gotta go one day. Anyway!"
He pressed a switch and the galaxies kept moving closer and closer, "galaxies are always moving, they are like space ships, full of passagers moving gently throughout the universe. Poetic if you think about it."
Rose couldn't help but smile at him before he put her attention on the screen again when Both colorful galaxies collided with one another, both centers tapping each other leaving dust clouds swirling. It was beautiful to Rose, her eyes were fixed. Soon they moved towards each other again, this time merging their cores into one as the dust settled into one being.
"Wow." Rose whispered.
The Doctor should've been watching the screen but his eyes stayed on her, watching her. "Brilliant isnt it?"
He put his attention towards the console, "they called it Milkdromeda! A whole new galaxy."
"Wait." She looked up from the screen to him, "milkdromeda? Are you serious?"
"Hey, I wasn't apart of the naming convention on that one"
"Uh huh. So why are you telling me this?"
The Doctor flicked a switch and the doors of the TARDIS opened.
Rose looked at the doors then back at The Doctor with a wild smile. He nodded, giving her the permission he knew she didn't need.
The woman ran to the doors, stopping at the entrance. Below her was a blast of colors, most warm in tone as they all swirled around a bright circular core. Clouds of dust and stars all circled the core in a beautiful formation Rose had never seen more. It was breathtaking.
The Doctor was beside her, not that she noticed. His eyes fixed on her as her sparkled with awe, a look he adored. He couldn't lie, the main reason he showed her what he did was to see that beautiful tongue touched smile and her doe eyes filled with excitement and wondered. Nothing could compare to her.
Rose glanced up at him with a wide smile before she noticed he was already looking at her. His stare was soft, like he just saw something precious.
The Doctor noticed his staring and his face flushed with warmth. He shot his eyes at the sight out of TARDIS, "as you can see-" he started, trying to get his bearings back.
Rose blushed at the thought of him staring at her when such a breathtaking sight was in front of him. He continued to talk but she wasn't fully listening, now fixed on him. She could still see the remnants of blush on his freckled dusted cheeks. She bit her lip, she didn't want to admit she loved the sight.
"Do you wanna see it?" The Doctor turned to her, catching her attention.
"Huh?"
"The planet with crystal skies, down there."
Rose nodded, her smile returning.
The Doctor took her hand into his, leading her away from the door, "then, allons-y!" Her smile widened and repeated him, "allons-y!"
